★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato la mia graziella da loro per farla rimontare visto che avevo riverniciato il telaio.
La bici è montata bene, l'unica cosa è che nell'andare a riprendere la bici me la trovo bagnata perché tutto il giorno aveva piovuto e nel chiedere il perché fosse bagnata e mi hanno detto che non erano riusciti a metterla dentro.
Poco soddisfatto perché se magari la andavo a prendere domani e tutto sta notte pioveva si bagnata ancora.

The bike is mounted well, the only thing is that when I go to pick up the bike I find it wet because it had rained all day and when I ask why it was wet and they told me that they had not been able to put it inside.
Not very satisfied because maybe if I went to pick it up tomorrow and it was raining all night, it got wet again.

Not fair with their customers. I wanted to buy one of their bikes and was not advised that it had already been sold to someone else ....

The prices are high and the shop assistants are rude. I took the bicycle that had a punctured wheel to be repaired and it was returned to me without it having been repaired.
