Mi sono rivolta alla farmacia per la prenotazione del vaccino, e pur non facendo acquisti sono stati molto professionali e cordiali. Cozy environment and very kind staff. E in maniera molto onesta mi ha sconsigliato una soluzione piuttosto costosa indicandomi un'alternativa più conveniente e di pari effetto. Consiglio fortemente questa Farmacia di Forlì perché l'attenzione verso il pubblico, la professionalità e la cortesia sono spesso valori sottovalutati e che invece hanno grande valenza. Sono andato a comprare del cotone emostatico, pago esco e mi accorgo che mi ha dato dei tamponi emostatico, torno dentro e dico che ha sbagliato, mi risponde che non mi può sostituire l'articolo. Allora gli chiedo del cotone emostatico, pago esco e mi accorgo che mi ha dato del cotone idrofilo, entro gli dico che ha sbagliato ancora e mi dice che non me lo puoi sostituire. Avevo però preventivamente prenotato sul sito farmaciarambelli.it e stampato i moduli come richiesto. Altre persone senza prenotazione hanno dovuto attendere un bel po' (suppongo perché quando sono andato via con il risultato erano ancora li). Comunque anche in altre occasioni le Dottoresse sono state molto cortesi e spesso mi consigliano dei farmaci generici per farmi risparmiare. Tra le farmacie a Forlì è certamente quella che preferisco. The last time I went there to have swabs and I must say that the staff was very kind and quick in the operations. Mi sono sempre trovato bene ed il personale è sempre stato molto cortese. Ultimamente mi rifornisco da loro anche per prodotti della FoodSpring e Named. Al di la della qualità degli integratori, ho trovato il piacere di ricevere una vera e propria consulenza sulla base delle mie esigenze. Avere il parere di una Dottoressa per quanto concerne l'integrazione alimentare nello sport è stato davvero un valore aggiunto. Mi complimento con la Dottoressa che mi ha servito e consiglio a tutti questa storica farmacia nel cuore di Forlì. I congratulate the Doctor who served me and recommend this historic pharmacy to everyone in the heart of Forlì.
