Non è certamente il modo migliore per trattare un cliente, infatti per il mio viaggio in Australia mi sono rivolto altrove.
I had asked for the cost of a flight to Tenerife and I certainly did not have the treatment that should be reserved for a person willing to pay even a higher ticket considering the Christmas period.
It is certainly not the best way to treat a customer, in fact for my trip to Australia I turned elsewhere.
