Ovviamente a conferma della veridicità della mia recensione conservo tutti i messaggi whatsapp relativi ad entrambi i disguidi e tengo a precisare che il numero utilizzato per il contatto è esattamente quello di riferimento della suddetta compagnia ncc. Sarebbe buona regola fare tesoro delle recensioni negative al fine di migliorare il servizio offerto ai propri clienti e quando è il caso chiedere scusa. First time everything ok, second time also.
