T	Tetty De Rosa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Qualche mese prima della laurea in Giurisprudenza e dopo varie esperienze accademiche all’estero, mi si è presentata, con tutta la sua forza, la fatidica domanda: “e ora?” Sono approdata alla Radar con tanti dubbi sulla possibile convergenza tra il mio percorso accademico e il master in Management delle Risorse Umane. Oggi, dopo aver assistito a più della metà dei moduli del piano di studi e in procinto di iniziare il mio stage presso una tra le più importanti agenzie per il lavoro al mondo, sono felice di affermare non solo che le Risorse Umane siano una scelta più che confacente per un profilo giuridico ma che siano anche in linea con la mia personalità: comunicativa, flessibile e dinamica. Laurea in giurisprudenza non vuol dire necessariamente carriera forense, a volte basta uscire dalla propria zona di confort e pensare fuori dagli schemi per trovare la soluzione più adatta a noi! Una menzione particolare a Carla per la sua disponibilità. A few months before graduating in Law and after various academic experiences abroad, the fateful question was presented to me, with all its strength: "and now?" I arrived at the Radar with many doubts about the possible convergence between my academic career and the master in Human Resources Management. Today, after attending more than half of the curriculum modules and about to start my internship at one of the most important employment agencies in the world, I am happy to say not only that Human Resources is a more which is suitable for a legal profile but which are also in line with my personality: communicative, flexible and dynamic. Law degree does not necessarily mean a legal career, sometimes you just need to get out of your comfort zone and think outside the box to find the best solution for us! Sono rimasto molto soddisfatto delle lezioni e dei concetti appresi. Un percorso formativo dal taglio decisamente pratico ( lavori di gruppo, simulazioni, business game, project work) i cui docenti, intervenuti nel corso dei vari weekend, sono manager provenienti dalle maggiori realtà aziendali. Un particolare grazie alla mia Career Coach di riferimento, Carla Lauro, la quale si è sempre dimostrata disponibile e pronta a dispensare validi consigli seguendomi passo dopo passo. Altro dato positivo è la professionalitá degli insegnanti e la qualità delle lezioni del master, infatti sto avendo l'opportunità di interfacciarmi con professionisti del settore HR da cui sto apprendendo le basi e sto approfondendo temi essenziali. Consiglio fortemente il master con la Radar Academy, mi sta dando grandi opportunità e sto imparando molto della carriera che voglio intraprendere.
