★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il rifugio Monte degli Abeti, della sezione CAI di Rapallo, è accessibile a tutti previa prenotazione, pagamento di una quota (al momento 10 euro a persona al giorno) e le chiavi sono disponibili presso alcuni punti (es. Albergo Ristorante Paretin). Lasciata la macchina presso il Lago delle Lame si prosegue a piedi seguendo l'indicazione "Cappelletta" e si raggiunge il rifugio in circa 50 minuti. I servizi sono molto essenziali: al piano terra c'è un tavolo con panche (che può anche essere abbassato e usato come letto), una stufa a legna, ed un lavandino con acqua corrente di fonte ma non potabilizzata mentre sul soppalco ci sono sei materassi. Il bagno alla turca è accessibile da una porta esterna. All'esterno si trova anche la legnaia, un lavandino, sempre con acqua di fonte, ed un barbecue. Consigliato per passare qualche giorno a contatto con la natura, al centro di un magnifico bosco di abeti e faggi e mandrie di cavalli in semi libertà.
The Monte degli Abeti refuge, in the CAI section of Rapallo, is accessible to all by reservation, payment of a fee (currently 10 euros per person per day) and the keys are available at some points (eg Hotel Restaurant Paretin). Leave the car at the Lago delle Lame and continue on foot following the indication "Cappelletta" and you can reach the refuge in about 50 minutes. The services are very essential: on the ground floor there is a table with benches (which can also be lowered and used as a bed), a wood stove, and a sink with running spring water but not drinkable while on the mezzanine there are six mattresses. The Turkish bath is accessible through an external door. Outside there is also the woodshed, a sink, always with spring water, and a barbecue. Recommended to spend a few days in contact with nature, in the center of a magnificent forest of fir and beech trees and herds of horses in semi freedom.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bellissimo posto per stare in tranquillità e immersi nella natura. C'è la possibilità di vedere gli unici veri cavalli selvatici d'Italia.
Baita semplice ma molto confortevole, dotata di acqua corrente (potabile solo previa bollitura) e di stufa. Oltre a questo è presenta un grosso tavolo e un soppalco da circa 6 posti letto.

Beautiful place to stay in peace and surrounded by nature. There is the possibility to see the only true wild horses of Italy.
Simple but very comfortable hut, equipped with running water (drinkable only after boiling) and stove. In addition to this it has a large table and a mezzanine with about 6 beds.
