★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il primo dei rifugi salendo alle sorgenti del Piave, dopo i primi vertiginosi tornanti che si inerpicano sul Peralba. Si può raggiungere anche a piedi, lungo la strada o per qualche sentiero. Il parcheggio è più affollato del ristorante: da qui partono molte passeggiate. Servizio efficiente, menù classico della zona. Prezzi giusti. Meglio conservare un po' di spazio per il dessert.
 The first of the refuges going up to the sources of the Piave, after the first dizzying hairpin bends that climb up the Peralba. It can also be reached on foot, along the road or along some path. The car park is busier than the restaurant: many walks start from here. Efficient service, classic menu of the area. Fair prices. Better save some space for dessert.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfect place for lunch after a big walk and even dinner.. This is our 3rd visit to the Sappada and we love coming here. Great place to bring the kids with a little park to play on. Service is great and the food delicious and homely. Amazing Venison burgers!!!
