★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avrei dato una stella se non fosse stato per l'ottimo cibo e il comodo parcheggio gratuito adiacente alla struttura , per il resto c'è tanto da migliore , anzi da rinnovare soprattutto .
Dalla fastidiosa e poco igienica moquette , dall'arredamento un po' datato delle camere , fino ad arrivare alla quasi inesistente accoglienza , sembrava quasi che la nostra presenza infastidiva la signora della reception, ma spero tanto sia stata solo una nostra impressione . Detto questo arriviamo a domenica sera , ci rechiamo nella sala ristorante per cenare, e notiamo che i nostri tovaglioli sono tutti sporchi, lo facciamo presente alla gentilissima ragazza di sala , la quale ci risponde che è loro prassi lasciare a tavola i tovaglioli usati della sera precedente. ? Potevamo sorvolare su tutto ma non su questo , qui si parla di igiene e chiediamo immediatamente che ci vengano cambiati !! Possiamo capire le difficoltà avute nei precedenti mesi per causa del covid , ma non penso che lavare 9 tovaglioli possa gravare la situazione ....scelte gestionali molto discutibili !! Dopo aver speso 405 euro per due notti in mezZa pensione , 2 adulti e un bimbo di 4 anni ...mi sarei aspettato di più ....voto 2 !!
I would have given a star if it hadn't been for the excellent food and the convenient free parking adjacent to the structure, for the rest there is so much better, indeed to be renewed above all.
From the annoying and unhygienic carpeting, from the slightly dated furnishing of the rooms, up to the almost non-existent welcome, it almost seemed that our presence annoyed the lady at the reception, but I hope it was just our impression. Having said that we arrive on Sunday evening, we go to the restaurant to have dinner, and we notice that our napkins are all dirty, we tell the very kind girl in the dining room, who replies that it is their practice to leave the used evening napkins at the table previous one. ? We could have overlooked everything but not this one, here we talk about hygiene and we immediately ask that they be changed !! We can understand the difficulties we had in the previous months due to the covid, but I don't think that washing 9 napkins can burden the situation .... very questionable management choices !! After spending 405 euros for two nights in half board, 2 adults and a 4-year-old child ... I would have expected more .... vote 2 !!
