Alessia è stata speciale in tutte le fasi: dalla prenotazione, accoglienza, colazione e consigli su luoghi da visitare. Spero di tornarci prestissimo. Grazie di tutto. Camera piccola ma graziosa e pulita. Vista mozzafiato. Colazione perfetta. We ended up there by chance following an overbooking of another hotel. And we couldn't have wished for anything better. Alessia was special in all phases: from booking, reception, breakfast and advice on places to visit. I hope to return very soon. Thanks for everything. Small but nice and clean room. Breath-taking view. Perfect breakfast.

Posizione ottima in centro a Sappada che ci ha consentito di non muovere l'auto per l'intera vacanza, colazioni abbondanti, cene gustose e varie, pulizia scrupolosa di camere e ambienti comuni. Un particolare plauso va alla signora Alessia, sempre disponibilissima, competente e cordiale senza mai essere invadente, e al sorriso e alla gentilezza della signorina Giorgia. Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. We stayed at this hotel in August and it was a very pleasant experience. Excellent location in the center of Sappada which allowed us not to move the car for the whole holiday, abundant breakfasts, tasty and varied dinners, scrupulous cleaning of rooms and common areas. A special applause goes to Mrs. Alessia, always extremely available, competent and friendly without ever being intrusive, and to the smile and kindness of Miss Giorgia. Good quality / price ratio.

Peccato per le camere, vecchie (azzeccare l'acqua calda per la doccia (stretta) è un rebus irrisolto dopo 1 settimana), minuscole (la tripla è una piccola doppia con un letto in fondo ai piedi) e caldissime. 3 stelle dovute principalmente a gentilezza e accoglienza. Excellent welcome! It feels like family, good food, location not right on the slopes, but in the center. Too bad for the rooms, old (getting the hot water for the (narrow) shower right is an unsolved puzzle after 1 week), tiny (the triple is a small double with a bed at the bottom) and very hot. 3 stars mainly due to kindness and hospitality.

Colazione ben curata e cena buonissima. Soggiorno con la famiglia consigliato a tutte le famiglie . Ci torneremo sicuramente. Grazie ancora alla titolare e allo staff ,che immagino ci sia dietro . Excellent welcome that we thought no longer existed, treated like people not numbers, very kind owner, eating excellent excellent cleaning and anti rules more than respected. Well prepared breakfast and delicious dinner. Family stay recommended for all families. We will definitely be back. Thanks again to the owner and the staff, who I imagine is behind it.

Great breakfast buffet (mostly continental, but the croissants and homemade pies are definitely worth trying). Our room wad basic and on the small side, but the bathroom was spacious and modern. One thing you should be aware of is that Sappada is not exactly known for refinement in the customer-service department, and this hotel is no exception. (I've been spending parts of my summer or winter in Sappada for the past 17 years, an LOVE the place and its people, but I also want to be objective.) If you are looking to be pampered, this is not your spot. Pro tip: in the Winter you can ski in Sappada, but Sexten is only a 45m drive and it's significantly better. Stay in Sappada, save a heap of cash, and ski in Sexten.
