We went there for pcr Covid test early morning which they told us we can come and then the ladies were very rude and told us either have an appointment or call the number when we explained that no one answers the number they basically us too bad and left us. Terrible place don’t come here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went for a blood test for my two daughters. Had a doctor called Martina who was amazing. One of my daughters has a needle phobia and all of the doctors were so patient and kind. After a lot patience we managed it.

Rude ladies talk to people like they dont care about moreover no one speaks english !!!! we were given a number to take appointement that was not working the whole day and more than that we were rudely asked to leave the place .
Defenetly avoid this place

Contact nos also don't give option for English language. Same for all the Labs tried. Bad for International travellers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In early December 2021, scheduled a PCR COVID test here, as required to return home after a vacation in Italy. The process was smooth and seamless. This is a very professional and efficiently run lab. We were able to book our test online using their multi-lingual website and received our test results in less than 12 hours. Would highly recommend for other travelers who need to get a COVID test before returning home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place ever, please do not go there if you are an international traveller and want to get a PCR test. I went there for a PCR test, no one speaks English, was treated horribly the ladies there didn’t even want to look or talk to me. I was not able to book a test online, my hotel called and they said we can come in anytime from 7am to 7pm for a test. I went there at 7am and they refused to do a test (opposite to what they said on the phone). I had a flight in 2 days and asked them very kindly to help by doing the walking test as they said or direct me to anywhere else in Italy to do the test as i will miss my flight without a PCR. They didn’t care and completely ignored me

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a horrible experience! Nobody except the guy at the reception speaks English. I was on a vacation in Rome and needed the PCR molecular swab for the flight back.
I have to admit that the laboratory made an exception and performed the test without prior appointment (I tried my best to arrange one but the online reservation is impossible for non-Italian citizens and nobody is picking up the phone). Thank you for nothing - they gave me FALSE POSITIVE test results! On the following day I went back to the laboratory with 2 negative antigen tests - the one performed 1 day ago and the other 20 minutes ago + extremely high antibody test results from 2 days ago explaining that those positive PCR results cannot be true. The manager lady didn't speak English and acted irrelevant. As a "generous act" she offered me a 20% discount on another PCR test which results cannot even get ready for the time of my flight. I took the second PCR test at another laboratory and, not surprisingly, it was NEGATIVE. This whole story jeopardised my Rome experience and costed me 1 day nerves and 200 euro.
