D	Diego Misturelli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima entrato per fare green passato, hanno iniziato alle 10 e mezza, assolutamente incompetenti, dopo fatto il tampone si rifiutavano di farmi il green passato se non ricevevano l'ok dalla regione, dopo quasi 2 ore sono andato via senza green pass. Vergognoso,cerano altre 5 persone nella stessa situazione. Oltre tutto dopo le nostre proteste sono stati maleducati. Vergognoso. Bad entry to make the green past, they started at 10 and a half, absolutely incompetent, after the swab they refused to make me the past green if they did not receive the ok from the region, after almost 2 hours I left without a green pass. Shamefully, there were 5 other people in the same situation. Besides, they were rude after our protests. Shameful.

Farmacia depennata dalla lista , non mi vedrete mai più . S	Sabrina Felix on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incompetenza nel leggere la ricetta bianca , il giorno 16/12/2021 ( turno notturno ) mi reco per prendere un farmaco soggetto a prescrizione medica foglietto bianco classe C e il farmacista mi dice che non è ripetibile e non può darmelo perché c'è scritto: una confezione di.... E come lo doveva scrivere il medico? 10 confezioni per essere ripetibile! Ma lo conosce l'italiano il farmacista e le norme. SE UNA RICETTA NON È RIPETIBILE CI DEVE ESSERE QUESTA DICITURA appunto NON RIPETIBILE. È una vita che il medico me la scrive così e mai nessun problema. Rimpiango la precedente gestione. Dimenticavo anche un'altra volta sempre di notte verso le 22:00 un'altro farmacista mi dice che la ricetta era scaduta ma mancavano ancora 2 giorni, nemmeno sà contare i giorni del calendario, gli ho dovuto far contare i giorni e con fare di favore mi ha dato ciò che era tenuto a fare ?. Risulto positiva ad un test antigenico fatto presso un tendone-tamponi.... sarà affidabile?...chissà...allora mi reco all'esterno della famacia Serenissima che mi sottopone al suo test e al quale risulto Negativa! Nel giro di un'ora risulto sia positiva che negativa! WOW Alla richiesta del certificato andiamo incontro ad una difficoltà di SISTEMA: ovviamente il mio greenpass è stato bloccato dalla prima farmacia... Ora arriva il bello! Qual è il test è valido? La farmacista della Serenissima mi strilla contro dicendomi che il primo test è quello valido e allora la domanda sorge spontanea " I vostri test sono POCO attendibili?" Dunque, potreste non reputare valido il test appena effettuato e ripetermelo fra 5 giorni considerandolo già pagato? NO è la risposta. L'infermiera che fa il test viene pagata. Come, a cottimo? NO, noi farmacisti abbiamo le tasche ancora vuote, dobbiamo rimpinguarle per bene di 15 euro a tampone, anche se i Test sono POCO attendibili!!!!! Ah che mercimonio! Poveri NOI CRAZY COVID in the Stressatissima Pharmacy In these two years of pandemic they have seen all the colors but this ...! Ieri sera poi per fare un tampone a mia figlia, mi sono imbattuta in una farmacista, con la puzza sotto il naso, che sembrava stesse lì per fare un favore. Non ha voluto o non ha saputo stampare un green pass e mi ha detto di rivolgermi altrove per la stampa...DI SICURO NON SONO L'UNICA FARMACIA DI ZONA! And when we arrived there, everything was going well until they heard us talking english and they then didn't serve us. Worst pharmacy ever! It's a shame

NO ADVICE WAS GIVEN AND THE LADY JUST GAVE ME SOME LEMON POWDER AND SAID “I DONT KNOW WHAT YOU WANT SO JUST TAKE THIS”. ZERO PROFESSIONAL SERVICE AT ALL. ADVOID AT ALL COST. Trying to charge me more than what was stated and when i asked why she throw the coins on MY FACE. Should have called police.
