★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ringrazio lo staf ed in particolare il Signor Franco per la squisita disponibilità e professionalità con la quale mi ha accolta presso l’Ottica Grande, (pur non essendo cliente per motivi di logistici abitando in una zona di Roma opposta), per valutare se l’occhiale da vista con le lenti graduate, acquistato altrove, fosse stato realizzato correttamente poiché avevo seri dubbi in merito non riuscendo a vedere bene. Ora, dopo il loro intervento posso affermare di aver risolto il problema e per questo ringrazio sia l’Ottica Grande che il Dottore Oculista che me l’ha consigliata.

I thank the staf and in particular Mr. Franco for the exquisite availability and professionalism with which he welcomed me at the Ottica Grande, (although I am not a customer for logistic reasons living in an area of Rome opposite), to evaluate whether the prescription glasses with prescription lenses, purchased elsewhere, had been made correctly because I had serious doubts about it, unable to see well. Now, after their intervention, I can claim to have solved the problem and for this I thank both the Great Optics and the Ophthalmologist who recommended it to me.
