Presi il numerino per fare la fila delle gestanti e quando finalmente è toccato a me La receptionist mentre mi avvicinavo ancora al banco mi chiesi a voce alta se ero al settimo mese di gravidanza. Le rispose di no ( sono al quinto ancora ) non ha ne anche aspetto che finisse di parlare e mi ha detto in maniera dura che che se non mi sentivo male non potevo prendere il numerino perché questo è dedicato solamente alle donne in gravidanza dal 7 mese in poi ed ha anche aggiunto che visto che era sabato mattina la gente che era lì era molto impegnata perché in settimana lavora dando per scontato probabilmente che fossi una nulla facente . Volevo farvi notare che sul totem dove si ritirano i bigliettini NON C’E NESSUN TIPO DI INFORMAZIONE A QUESTO RIGUARDO E SE E VERAMENTE COSÌ LO DOVETE SPECIFICARE IN MODO CHIARO AI CLIENTI VISTO CHE COMUNQUE PAGHIAMO E NESSUNO SI SVEGLIA IL SABATO MATTINA PRESTO PERCHÉ NON HA NULLA DA FARE ED HA VOGLIA DI STARE A SENTIRE IL PERSONALE MALEDUCATO E NON IN GRADO DI TRATTARE I CLIENTI . Il giorno del ritiro la segretaria, in modo non molto gentile, mi dice che la stampante non va, di ripassare quindi un altro giorno, le chiedo allora di inviarmi i risultati via email. Dopo un paio di giorni la mail ancora non arriva, quindi chiamo e finalmente la inviano. Provo ad aprire il link con più dispositivi ma con nessuno si apre (quindi problema loro). Niente, alla fine ho dovuto mandare mio marito un successivo giorno a ritirarli cartacei (e finalmente la stampante funzionava)..sono stata in ballo più di una settimana per risolvere il tutto. Premetto che lo utilizzo da anni per la mamma che abita in zona ed è sempre stato così. Con l'emergenza Covid si aggiunge l'attesa in strada, al freddo d'inverno,. They put on hold and then hang up. Premesso che frequento questo centro da una 20ina d'anni e mi sono sempre trovato bene, puntuali negli orari e con tempi di attesa giusti. Purtroppo dalla sede centrale di Milano (in via Farini) in epoca covid hanno ridotto il personale, lasciando le persone a dover gestire: prelievi, telefonate, ritiro referti tutto in contemporanea. La sala d'attesa inoltre non è molto grande quindi le persone vengono fatte stazionare fuori sul marciapiede. Insomma in questo periodo il voto è 1 non tanto al personale ma all'organizzazione generale, in altri periodi il voto sarebbe stato 4,5 stelle. In the COVID era to avoid.
