Ci ha servito Paolo, un ragazzo gentile, disponibile e simpatico. Biciclette tenute bene e in buono stato. Sicuramente torneremo. E per questo 5 stelle
For Easter my company and I decided to take a bike ride around Rome. And we turned to bikeaway to rent 2 bikes, for the day. Paolo, a kind, helpful and nice guy, served us. Bicycles well kept and in good condition. We will definitely be back. And for this 5 stars

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Top place! Mauro gives an outstanding service, typical of a long biking passion! Mountain biking in Rome (roads are far from even) is a crazy cool experience, perfect for those who want to see the eternal city with calm, but without wasting time! To do again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We needed to rent bikes for a 2 day ride from Sutri to Rome. Mauro was the most pleasant person to help us arrange our trip. He easily planned and executed the delivery of the bikes and needed equipment. He even took our luggage on to Rome and stored it for us!! When we got to Rome he INSISTED he discount our rate due to an unforeseen issue we had that had nothing to do with him or the rentals. He just is the NICEST person in Rome! Good, honest man with great bike rental prices!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bikeaway provides a great customer experience. Mauro was kind, patient, and attentive to our needs. He was fair in his pricing of our rental. He is a genuine person just wanting to help you. We rented two bikes, one with a child seat. Biking in Rome can be a bit crazy but it is a great way to find hidden neighbourhoods and streets.
