Matteo and Alessandro were consummate professionals. I was in Rome with my wife and 3 kids and we enjoy touring cities by bike. We rented both the mountain bike models and the city cruisers and all the bikes were in excellent condition and well maintained. The enthusiasm both owners share for their City and the best way to see it is contagious. When they tell you to get a coffee at their favorite cafe and you don't get to it - they take you personally. The shop is perfectly located down a beautiful Roman side street with the famous Roman fountains dispensing delicious cold water right next door. And how can you not love a shop with a vintage Colnago dressed up in full Campy kit on display?? I highly recommend this most excellent bicycle shop!

Alessandro was awesome!! He gave us maps, provided access to city wide wifi service so navigation worked everywhere we went, provided awesome bikes appropriate for the trails we took (both city bikes and mountain bikes sized appropriately to the individual), he gave us a printed map with codes for a self guided tour of monuments etc. that could be accessed with a cell phone camera. Overall he went above and beyond!! Also I got a flat tire and the tire repair kit he gave us fixed it and I biked the 8+ miles back to his shop with no problems!! Overall an excellent experience all the way around!! Also his trail recommendations were beyond amazing!!!

Alessandro was very kind and consulted us perfectly! Bikes (2 Bergamont Mountainbikes incl. Smartphone holder, toolkit, pump, puncture spray) were in good condition and working well. Price was ok with € 25,00 per Bike/Day. Should you need a good bike and good tipps for your tour around Rome, rent your Bikes at this place! 100% satisfied & recommended!

To celebrate my wifes 50th birthday we rented for 3 days bikes to see Rome. The owner is a great man and did everything to please us. If you want to rent a bike which runs good, then go to him. It is a great way for transportation within Rome. Many thanks to him

The owner, Alexandro was really helpful, polite and he provided all the necessary equipment and instructions that we might need. Nice aesthetics inside and outside the store, nice music in the background.

We arrived at the bike shop on Easter Sunday to pick up our bikes. I had read all the amazing reviews on Google, however, I was still apprehensive regarding what our experince would be. Would the service be as good as I had read, would Alessandro be as warm and informative as he was described. Would the bikes come with locks, what happens if we got flat tire? How would my wife and I navigate through Rome over the next three days? All of these questions were immediately answered the moment we stepped in the store. Being Easter Sunday, Alessandro was at the shop with his family. They were enjoying amongst themselves a traditional Easter cake called Colombia di Pasque. We had barely walked into the store before Alessandro said "you must try this before we sit down to discuss your bikes"! With one bite we were introduced to the amazing tastes of Rome. With one bite we felt like we were old friends despite just having met. With one bite (and a prompt remindered email to my inbox) all of our questions about where to go, places to see, the best places to enjoy a coffee, have a evening drink, eat a pizza, breakfast, dinner etc were answered. With all the options and possibilities all of a sudden three days seemed a really a short amount of time. . The bikes were very well equipped with locks, pumps, emergency flat tire repair kits. They came with a very useful phone holder that accommodates all sized phones and gives the rider easy view of the google directions map. Alessandro added extra saddle bags to our bikes after hearing that we were looking forward to some shopping. The best thing about the bikes were that they were really easy to ride and very stylish. We felt great riding them and on more than one occasion we had locals commenting how beautiful they were. You might not get served Colombia di Pasque when you visit but I guarantee that you too will be writing a positive review after havng a unique and beautiful experience on one of their bikes.
