★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza ! Sono stato qui con parenti arrivati da Bolzano alle 13,15 circa del 31 luglio. Biglietto eliminacode A699, attesa fino alle 14. Un parente aveva sbagliato la data nel prenotare il biglietto di ritorno e aveva inserito il 5 invece del 4 agosto. Dopo tre quarti d'ora di attesa, con pochi operatori che lavoravano e moltissime persone accampate in attesa nei locali, nessuna possibilità di cambio della tratta in Frecciarossa. Bisognava rifare il biglietto e veniva presentata la tessera cartafreccia della persona di 22 anni e nonostante ancora oggi 2 agosto risulti possibile prenotare con la tariffa Young fino a 30 anni a 49,20, l'operatore emetteva il biglietto economy a 62 euro.
Sicuramente parte della colpa è del cliente ma assoluta mancanza di disponibilità da parte dell'operatore. Sicuramente una nota negativa per l'organizzazione con pochi operatori e molte persone in attesa come detto.
Bad experience! I was here with relatives who arrived from Bolzano at around 1.15pm on July 31st. Queue ticket A699, expected until 2pm. A relative had the date wrong when booking the return ticket and had entered 5th instead of 4th August. After three quarters of an hour of waiting, with few operators working and many people camped waiting on the premises, there was no possibility of changing the route in Frecciarossa. The ticket had to be redone and the cartafreccia card of the 22-year-old person was presented and although it is still possible to book with the Young rate up to 30 years at 49.20 today, the operator issued the economy ticket at 62 euros.
Certainly part of the fault lies with the customer but absolute lack of availability on the part of the operator. Definitely a negative note for the organization with few operators and many people waiting as mentioned.

I forget the computer on a white arrow, I realize that I have lost it and I run to assistance, very kind and professional staff will track it down and after 5 minutes I have it again, moreover on December 30th.
