C'era tutto il tempo per fare i biglietti e salire a bordo. Mi hanno detto testualmente. "Abbiamo smesso di BIGLIETTARE perché l'orario ufficiale di partenza è passato" (lascio immaginare con che tono). Ho cronometro da quel momento a quando è salito a bordo l'ultimo passeggero: 11 minuti! Staff not very helpful. My experience: the hydrofoil I wanted to take was late, it hadn't arrived yet. There was plenty of time to get tickets and get on board. They told me verbatim. "We stopped TICKETING because the official departure time has passed" (I let you imagine in what tone). I have a timer from that moment to when the last passenger boarded: 11 minutes!

When exchanging the tickets in the Vulcano office, the employee wanted to charge an additional exchange fee of € 5. After we hesitate to pay this fee, the fee suddenly costs only € 1.95.

Personale gentile, aria condizionata. ⚠️Prima di uscire dalla biglietteria CONTROLLARE BENE che i dati sui biglietti siamo corretti: nome , cognome, DATA e ORARIO perché usciti dalla biglietteria cambiare il biglietto è a carico del viaggiatore , non dell’agenzia e inoltre si rischia di perdere l’aliscafo ( i tickets vengono letti con lo scanner). ? NB: aggiorno post con foto aliscafo tratta Vulcano - Milazzo ( arrivato e partito puntuale, norme prevenzione COVID ? tutte rispettate con personale che controllava).
