Where do I start...2 hours late, bad food, nothing open on the boat, cabins so old and dirty, toilets without cleaning in the cabins (someone used it and it was not cleaned). Never again. Expensive for a disgusting experience.

A horrible experience, do not give this company your money. The ferry departed over 2 hours late, and we were given no explanation or indication of when we would actually depart. The ferry was mouldy and littered, the staff were extremely unpleasant and did not want to help at all, and the credit card machines did not work on board so we were unable to buy food for 20 hours.

Horrendous attitudes from the staff, who could not care less about my pregnant partner, nor my concerns for her well-being. Simply shockingly poor service. Would never recommend anyone to travel with them.

The worst ferry ever the room temperature was above 30 degrees an when I requested a technical to repair the ac they said they don't have and they rejected to change the room and suggested to open the door instead. And here you can see the image. And that's how the night ended for 125 euro I paid.

Change time of departure from 16-00 to 14-30, and the latest time from 2 hours for 4. So, I should arrive at 10-30 to get on board. Perfect... On Saturday in the morning) Didn't want to make a full refund for this.

Barcelona-genova: we booked a cabin with Seaview, we got a room with view on stairs. The whole ship was in bad condition, really dirty.. In the cabin no life west's. Self-service-restaurant: long quews, meal really bad. Use of one-way dishes in times of climate change... (anti) covid 'concept' : some stickers on the table in the restaurant to keep one place free, that's all. The restaurant was packed because of few personal.. The debarcation was chaotic, no information in English. (in this moment we imagined how organization it would work in case of emergency...)

Horrible service, delay of 12 hours, only 6 hours are pre-announced. No international standards during delay (no water, no snacks provided). No one from the staff comes and explains until when we should wait. Very rude agents with no respect to passengers. Horrible customer support service, no replies to emails. No one speaks English of course! I will never recommend this company to anyone.

Took the ferry from Genoa to Palermo. I can not recommend. - The ferry had huge delay (the weather was perfect). - They promised internet but then there was no internet at all - The food is average (friendly spoken) - The staff is unfriendly - The staff does not speak English
