Inoltre era pulito e ci hanno spiegato con attenzione tutte le funzionalità dello stesso. Li consiglio. Very professional and kind people. The dinghy we hired was like new and very comfortable. It was also clean and they carefully explained all the features of it. I recommend them.

Fin dal primo giorno di noleggio ha cercato di farci fare i giri che voleva lui ad iniziare dal pranzo, voleva per forza fermarsi al ristorante tanto che stava anche prenotando un tavolo per 5 (noi eravamo in 4) senza essere stato invitato. Inoltre fumava sulla barca senza neanche chiedere se dava fastidio. Ha cercato di guadagnare sul consumo di carburante e alla fine del secondo giorno ci ha lasciati ad un porto diverso di quello pattuito un’ora prima del dovuto (alle 17:15 mentre la barca era stata prenotata fino alle 18:30). Sempre quella sera ci aveva chiamato un taxi di un suo amico per portarci in hotel alle 17:15 dicendo che era L’unico taxi rimasto che tutto era prenotato e che se non lo avessimo preso non sapevamo come tornare -il tutto per un prezzo amico di 30 euro di taxi. Abbiamo rifiutato dicendo che il taxi lo avremmo trovato da noi è che saremmo rimasta in barca finì all ora che ci spettava, ed infatti il taxi lo abbiamo trovato senza problemi ed anche ad un prezzo più basso. Abbiamo in passato prenotato barche e gli skipper erano molto più educati e competenti - si organizzano il loro pranzo non aspettando che gli venga offerto dai clienti - non sono invadenti ed inappropriati - guardano le previsioni meteo in anticipo consigliando al meglio i clienti. From the first day of rental he tried to make us do the tours he wanted to start with lunch, he necessarily wanted to stop at the restaurant so much so that he was also booking a table for 5 (there were 4 of us) without being invited. He also smoked on the boat without even asking if it bothered him. He tried to save on fuel consumption and at the end of the second day he dropped us off at a different port than the one agreed an hour before due (at 5.15pm while the boat was booked until 6.30pm). Also that evening he called a taxi from a friend of his to take us to the hotel at 5.15pm saying it was the only taxi left that everything was booked and that if we didn't take it we didn't know how to get back - all for a friend price 30 euros by taxi. We refused saying that we would find the taxi with us and that we would have stayed on the boat ended up at the time it was due, and in fact we found the taxi without problems and also at a lower price. We have booked boats in the past and the skippers were much more polite and competent - they organize their lunch not waiting for it to be offered to them by the customers - they are not intrusive and inappropriate - they look at the weather forecast in advance, advising customers in the best possible way. A real scam!

La barca era come nuova, estremamente pulita, molto comoda e ha consumato pochissimo. Da segnalare la professionalità dei gestori , i quali ci hanno spiegato – con molta calma e attenzione - tutte le funzionalità della barca e ci hanno anche consegnato una cartina dove erano evidenziate le zone pericolose (scogli a pelo d’acqua) e le zone interdette alla navigazione.Per quanto sopra esposto, le 5 stelle sono più che doverose! to do the whole tour of the island of Vulcano with a stop also in Lipari, we rented a boat without a license from Eolie Nautica Service. M	Manuel Porreca on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ essendo che il nostro volo da Milano ha portato un terribile ritardo e, vista la necessità di raggiungere l'isola in tempi rapidi, mi sono rivolto a loro per un servizio TRANSFER da Reggio Calabria a Salina. Servizio impeccabile (ci è stata offerta anche una bottiglia di prosecco con degli ottimi cannoli siciliani) e la traversata è stata rapida. L'imbarcazione di 12 metri che ci ha ospitati, era molto bella, estremamente confortevole e pulita. Inoltre il Capitano Riccardo si è dimostrato estremamente professionale e gentile così come la Hostess Miriam che ha tenuto a bada e giocato con i nostri due piccoli diavoletti. Grazie ancora! Li consiglio A+++ being that our flight from Milan brought a terrible delay and, given the need to reach the island quickly, I turned to them for a TRANSFER service from Reggio Calabria to Salina. Impeccable service (we were also offered a bottle of prosecco with some excellent Sicilian cannoli) and the crossing was quick. The 12-meter boat that hosted us was very beautiful, extremely comfortable and clean. In addition, Captain Riccardo proved extremely professional and kind as well as the Hostess Miriam who kept at bay and played with our two little devils. Thanks again! I recommend them A +++
