S	S Zorzan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gita Panarea-Stromboli. Il tour è descritto con ritorno alle 22:30 (su SITO e DEPLIANT) e, sul mio BIGLIETTO (FIRMATO), sono indicate le 22:30 come orario di ritorno. Ma siamo tornati quasi UN’ORA prima! Non c’era alcuna urgenza né necessità di servizio. Mancata così l’opportunità di vedere il vulcano al buio completo (un’oretta dopo il tramonto il cielo è ancora chiaro), ovvero al suo meglio, considerato che ne valeva di certo la pena, con la magnifica attività di queste settimane e pure la luna piena. Ci resto male, viste le aspettative e che saremmo potuti restare facilmente mezz’ora almeno in più. Giustificazione: “torniamo sempre 2 ore dopo il tramonto”. Ok, ma a me avete detto, e scritto, altro. Ammettono L’ERRORE della Sig.ra Elena sul mio biglietto, ma non capiscono il concetto di soddisfazione del cliente, di gesto commerciale, di chiarezza della comunicazione commerciale. Delle scuse nemmeno a pensarci. Se la sono cavata con una promessa (solo dopo mia richiesta e lunga discussione) di un “bello sconto” quando e se mai tornerò a Lipari. Spero non sia promessa da marinaio, presto fatta, presto dimenticata. Conclusione: cercate qualcuno che resti almeno fino alle 21, per tornare alle 22:30. Ne ho trovati poi diversi che mi hanno assicurato di farlo per 40€ partenza alle 12, con piccole barche di max 30 persone. Per godervi COMPLETAMENTE un’esperienza irripetibile. Panarea-Stromboli tour. The tour is described with return at 10.30 pm (on SITE and DEPLIANT) and, on my TICKET (SIGNED), 22:30 are indicated as the return time. But we're back almost an hour earlier! There was no urgency or need for service. Thus missed the opportunity to see the volcano in complete darkness (an hour after sunset the sky is still clear), or at its best, considering that it was certainly worth it, with the magnificent activity of these weeks and also the full moon. I feel bad, given the expectations and that we could easily stay half an hour at least in more. Justification: "we always come back 2 hours after sunset". Ok, but you told me, and wrote, more. They admit Mrs. Elena's ERROR on my ticket, but they do not understand the concept of customer satisfaction, commercial gesture, clarity of commercial communication. No apology even to think about it. If they got away with a promise (only after my request and a long discussion) of a "nice discount" when and if I ever come back to Lipari. I hope it's not a sailor's promise, soon made, soon forgotten. Conclusion: look for someone who remains at least until 9 pm, to return at 10:30 pm. I then found several that assured me to do it for 40 € departure at 12, with small boats of max 30 people. To COMPLETELY enjoy an unrepeatable experience.

Wij zijn voor de nachttour van Stromboli vanaf Lipari gegaan welke met een gids van Magmatrek werd uitgevoerd, Guisseppe, hij was echt de beste gids ooit. Vertelde weinig en liet.je de ervaring in je opnemen. Hij voelde het perfect aan wanneer mensen aan.pauze toe.waren en wist irritante kinderen van een Duits stel stil.tw.krijgen door ze assistent tourleider te maken. Echt een topper. Good company with good captains. We went for the night tour of Stromboli from Lipari which was conducted with a guide from Magmatrek, Guisseppe, he was really the best guide ever. Told little and let you absorb the experience. He sensed when people needed a break and managed to silence the annoying children of a German couple by making them assistant tour leaders. Really a winner.

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, molto gentili e disponibili il capitano e il suo aiutante. 3 soste bagno con la nave + 2 nei paesini, una ventina di persone. Unico punto migliorabile la scelta dei posti dove fare il bagno, fiancheggiando le isole ne abbiamo visti di più belli; in particolare discutibile l'ultimo di fronte alla spiaggia di Filicudi, dove l'avevamo già fatto nell'ora e mezza di "libertà". Beautiful excursion to Alicudi / Filicudi! Excellent value for money, very kind and helpful the captain and his helper. 3 bath stops with the ship + 2 in the villages, about twenty people. The only point that can be improved is the choice of places to bathe, flanking the islands we have seen more beautiful ones; in particular the last one in front of the Filicudi beach, where we had already done it in the hour and a half of "freedom", is questionable.
F	Flo B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Escursione allo Stromboli deludente Siccome non si puo più (per ora) salire sullo Stromboli, abbiamo scelto l'escursione in barca che si fermava a Panarea e finiva allo Stromboli. La giornata è stata stancante per alla fine fare poco : alcune soste per fare il bagno, ore perse a girare Panarea a piedi nel calore soffocante e poi un quarto d'ora solamente per guardare lo spettacolo del vulcano dal mare. Sconsigliamo. Disappointing Stromboli excursion Since it is no longer possible (for now) to go up to Stromboli, we chose the boat excursion that stopped in Panarea and ended at Stromboli. The day was tiring to do little in the end: a few stops for swimming, hours wasted walking around Panarea in the suffocating heat and then a quarter of an hour just to watch the spectacle of the volcano from the sea. We do not recommend.

Was then told had to go to the shop in Lipari to book. Explained we were staying 40 minutes from there but no compromising so we just booked with another company that did allow over phone/online booking. Completely ridiculous policy
T	Tom Hazeldine on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very well organised both before and during our Stromboli trip. The communication was always clear and they responded promptly to emails. The Dolce Vita itself is a small but comfortable 20 person boat.
T	Timothy Lakata on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You can book via email to reserve your spot but it is best to stop into the shop on Lipari the day before to confirm and get details so you are prepared. Their boat the "Dolce Vita" is comfortable and pretty quick with twin diesel power. You can ride in the open bow, on the top deck, or in the cabin with bench seats and room for several people to lay down. Their description of their tour is accurate. Swimming was ok. The view during was more impressive than the swim. We did the Stromboli hiking excursion and it was the highlight of our two week honeymoon. Do it! It's about 3 hours up and you will be huffing and puffing 1/2 the time but it is absolutely amazing. It's challenging but I'm completely out of shape 33. Kids and older adults did it as well. They use Magmatec as their hiking guide service so they take you through the village on Stromboli and make sure everyone is situated. See my review on Magmatec for details.
T	Tereza Marusakova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Expensive and not client oriented service. We did excursion to Panarea and Stromboli with Dolce Vita. There is only two operators on Lipari doing the excursions besides Dolce Vita who owns one smaller boat it’s Regina who have bigger boats. Others are just agents arranging excursions with these two companies mostly with Regina boats. The day we booked there was expected strong wind in the night and thus most of the travel agents told us the trip will be shortened due to expected bad weather and even offer us a discount. Since we wanted to visit Panarea and have full experience we try Dolce Vita who promised us full trip as advertised. We wrongly thought we will have more personable experience with small boat and group will be smaller. Dolce Vita offered no discount not they mention any changes to the trip due to the weather. After we book we find out group was much larger and the small boat they advertise only took us to panarea island where they made us switch to big Regina boat and consolidated all groups. They skipped all the sites on panarea and we had to return from Stromboli early as we were again returning with Regina boat leaving early to avoid the wind. So for full price we got the same experience as we would get when choosing the other provider who was honest with us from very beginning and offer us discount to compensate for inconvenience caused by windy weather.
