Oggi siamo arrivati alle 13.10 per farci preparare dei panini e la salumiera, scocciata, ci ha detto che era già tardi, preparandoli poi controvoglia. Non mi sembra serio: se si offre un servizio e si hanno degli orari indicati, non si può trattare il cliente così (eravamo lì 20 minuti prima della chiusura e non c'erano altri clienti da servire).
