L	LELLOO on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pessima esperienza. ho chiesto di riparare la mia bicicletta (freni, cambio, pedali e ruota posteriore), e mi da un prezzo di 180 euro (cosa che ho comunque accettato perché avevo urgente bisogno della bici) TUTTAVIA, mi dice a lavoro concluso, che il cambio non è riuscito a sistemarlo (chiedendo comunque lo stesso prezzo, ovvero 180 euro), e dicendomi "di camminare cammina", e mi sono ingenuamente fidato.. E PER DI PIÙ, il giorno dopo il cambio è compleatamente andato, ora la bici non cammina per nulla. ripasserò al più presto per richiedere un rimborso, o almeno che sistemino il problema senza chiedermi altri soldi, non ho pagato 180 euro solo per farla aggiustare 2 giorni dopo... nossignore... very bad experience. I asked to repair my bicycle (brakes, gearbox, pedals and rear wheel), and he gives me a price of 180 euros (which I accepted anyway because I urgently needed the bike) HOWEVER, he tells me at the end of the job, that the change has not been able to fix it (still asking for the same price, or 180 euros), and telling me "to walk, walk", and I naively trusted .. MOREOVER, the day after the change is completely gone, now the bike doesn't walk at all. I will come back as soon as possible to request a refund, or at least to fix the problem without asking for more money, I did not pay 180 euros just to have it fixed 2 days later ... no sir ...

Sono andato da Koala Bike un paio di volte e tutte esse, il titolare mi fissava come se stavo per rubare qualcosa e non è stato un motivo per comprare qualcosa, anzi... Se questo problema sparirebbe sarei molto più propenso ad andare a comprare attrezzature in quel negozio. Shop well stocked with equipment for all mountain bike specialties but I encountered a very serious problem in my opinion. I went to Koala Bike a couple of times and all of them, the owner was staring at me like I was going to steal something and it wasn't a reason to buy something, quite the contrary ... If this problem would disappear I would be much more inclined to go and buy equipment in that shop.

N	Nenad Hinic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a turist very rude employe or boss am not sure. I ask him does he speak english he said no. I have waited 15 min to open the store he opens 10 min late and when i try to enter the store after him he starts to yell at me. I am shoked by this behavior.

Even in poorer countries never made me pay for this. If you re foreigner or not an expert in bikes, I feel they try to scam you to always make you pay more. Not honest people

This was not the case, other shops fixed this for much cheaper. They became very unfriendly when I said I did not want their business.
