★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 20% commission plus 9.90E fee. Terrible. They only say 9.90E fee based on any amount. Definitely dodgy. Rome should clean out these type of operators. We won't spend a cent more than neccesaary in Rone. Although it is our fault to fall for this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here to get €60 out and was charged €80 instead. When I asked why I was being charged they said it was a "service fee" that is equivalent to a bank/atm fee. COMPLETE LIE. An atm will charge you a maximum of €3 NOT 20% + €9.99 for "service" when I asked for a refund she kept stating that because I had used my pin I could not receive one? Literally what? Any refund can be made whether or not you use a pin code???? Absolute scam, completely rude and unhelpful. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. Find an actual atm and you will get the service you asked for.

I’m not surprised seeing your ratings...
Make sure you never approach them. They are literally thieves ... They ripped me off
25% commission!!! They pretend giving you discounts and when you agree on proceeding with the transaction they deduct additional commission and don’t accept to refund your money if you ask them.
Out of an initial amount of 450€ they gave me 337 € !!! 113€ as a commission!!!
Make sure to review them everywhere in Europe (mainly Italy & Spain) so they stop thieving people...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Should have read the reviews before we went here. Do not go here. We asked the girl behind the window if it were true the fee was 9.99 euro no matter the exhange, she answered yes and did not mention the 20%. When we got the money back they took 20% + the 9.99 service fee. It does say this on the paper displayed in the window, however, it is in small print and is not clear what it means if you read it which I did. The girl refused to reverse the transaction, and got angry and took it personally when she was told the place was a rip off. Terrible customer service as well, but what do you expect from a scam artist company. In order to try and scare my wife she also tried to scare us by telling us "she has our ID" and will "call in". What a joke. These people should be arrested.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ She exchanged my $300 for 190euro. After I asked her to cancel the transaction because this is not what she told me. She said she can’t reverse the transaction and they take 20% commission and 9.99 euros fees on every $100. And that they have a paper at the window. It’s a very small paper that you don’t even see. This is a scam and they rob you as a tourist. I’m posting this review just for the sake of people who make $9 an hour and who work hard for their money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be careful!!! Don't go to this company!!! This is a Best and Fast legalized Scam !!! They steal money !!!
Yesterday I just wanted to change 20 £. They gave me 17.60 euro. The course of British £ is now £1 = €1.40. So they have stolen me about 7 euro !!! They take more then 20%. I don't recommend absolutely to go this company! Hope the government will close it soon for cheating and robbing people !
