★ ★ ★ ★ ★ আপনাদের কাছ থেকে সার্ভিস নিয়ে মানুষ হয়রানি হয়। নিজেরা নামে নম্বরে ভুল করেন। আর আমরা সাধারন মানুষ হয়রানি হই। বাংলাদেশে মানুষ তিন-চারদিন লাইন ধরে দাঁড়িয়ে থাকে ব্যাংকের। টাকা উঠাতে পারে না আপনাদের ভুলের কারণে। এখানে আমাদের প্রত্যেক দিন আপনাদের অফিসে দৌড়াদৌড়ি করতে হয়। আপনারা অফিসে চেয়ারে বসে কাজ করেন এই জন্য অন্যের কষ্ট চোখে পড়ে না। বাংলাদেশে ব্যাংকে বসে থাকে তারা ঘণ্টার পর ঘণ্টা অপেক্ষা করে ,আর এই দিকে আপনাদের কল দিলেও রিসিভ করেননা সময় মত। গা ছাড়া কাজ না করে, দয়া করে একটু মানুষের কষ্টের কথা মাথায় রেখে একটু অভিজ্ঞ ভালো লোক দোকানে বসাবেন।
People are harassed with the service from you. They mistakenly number the names themselves. And we ordinary people are harassed. In Bangladesh, people stand in line for three or four days at a bank. Can't withdraw money because of your mistake. Here we have to run to your office every day. You work in a chair in the office so that others do not suffer. They sit in the bank in Bangladesh, they wait for hours, and even if they call you in this direction, they do not receive the time. Without working without a body, please put a little experienced good people in the store keeping in mind the suffering of a little people.
