★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute travesty of an airport. Dirty, rude staff and everyone is woken up at 4 am. The ATM takes a huge tax for withdravals. People are boarded way too early which means waiting 20 min outside for no reason. There is literally one charge station before go through security. Once you do the area is 10 times bigger. Still one charge station...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For people with Early flights: I do not know what time the airport closes but I now know it opens at 4am. My mother and little sister had a flight at 6:20. It's February it's freezing and they now have to wait for 4 hours in the cold without any place to get food or water (with about 100 other people). I am angry and must say disgusted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely horrible experience... I've arrived at night from Prague. It was not Milan, it was a literary hell... Sleeping people on dirty floor, no seats available, no water or food-machines available, they are blocking 'Departures' area during the night time, so you don't have any space available to wait to the next flight... No WiFi during the night time!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible, horrible service. The airport is dirty, the staff is rude. The airport has no structure to serve travelers. It doesn't have a food machine and if you're hungry you'll stay hungry. Any restaurant is open at night. If you need water you will either get thirsty or you will need to drink tap water in the bathroom. It's the worst airport I've ever seen in my life, without a doubt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible night stand. No place where to sleep. Employees are angry and rude. Arrival flights is around 00:00 till 02:00 and departures starts at 5:00. Buses also start moving from Milan only at 5:00. Horrible, horrible airport. No one does anything to make it better.
