β β β β β A little pricey and the hotel does not justify it. Lots of strange rules, the beds are not that good, no balconies in the rooms, etc... nice place to hang out and talk in the lobby though. It is a reasonably nice hotel that just happens to think a bit too much itself. The food is excellent in the other hand.

β β β β β Amazing Hotel. Such a wonderful time at the spa! The pool is really big, and everything very clean. The food at the restaurant and breakfast buffet are highly recommendable. (Sparkly wine for breakfast!) Thanks for a wonderful stay!

I was offered the option to upgrade, but the package included access to the spa, costing 50 euros extra daily. Absolutely unacceptable for a place trying to pass for a boutique hotel.

β β β β β Very old building, old bathroom (economy room), squeaky floors and shaky furniture also from upstairs neighbors, which kept us awake. Felt like a 1* hotel! Everything costs extra like water, pool towel.. but breakfast was good. We better choose a new 3* hotel next time! Not worth the money here.

β β β β β Excellent hotel in Levico Terme, Trentino-Alto in the Italian Lakes. The staff worked wonderfully hard and yet were very pleasant and sociable. Food was very good but not outstanding. Pool area good and spa very nice indeed. We had a superior room which was spacious well maintained and well serviced. My only minor issues were that one had to queue for coffee at breakfast and that the static ventilation in the bathroom was not particularly efficient. Otherwise an excellent hotel well worth a visit.

β β β β β A really really nice hotel! Everybody very gentle and respectful but also available and with smile ! I actually got relaxed! Breakfast with international buffet and dinner with different Food ,really appreciated!!! The hotel is near center and only 10 minutes walk to get to the lake. Nice , quiet, just Spectacular !
