Ma le terme devono migliorare la comunicazione: ho cercato di prenotare un massaggio via mail, e per tutta risposta mi è stato mandato l'opuscolo. Nessuna risposta alla seconda mail. Prenoto per telefono fornendo un'infinità di info che dopo scoprirò non essere servite a niente. I controlli all'entrata sono interminabili, una sola addetta rischia di far fare tardi alle sedute a un mucchio di gente. Un sacco formalità, una visita medica imposta chi sa a che pro, attese dopo attese... Dopo un'ora di tribolazioni arrivo appena in tempo, ma la mia massaggiatrice... non c'è perché non sapeva del mio appuntamento. P.S. Federico, i controlli consistono nella compilazione delle carte e misurazione della temperatura, che l'addetta (che non condanno e alla quale esprimo la più sincera solidarietà) nella concitazione del momento si è anche scordata di misurarci. The country is nice, I recommend it. But the spa needs to improve communication: I tried to book a massage by mail, and in response I was sent the brochure. No reply to the second email. I book by phone providing an infinity of info that afterwards I will discover that it was useless. The checks at the entrance are endless, a single employee risks making a lot of people late for the sessions. A lot of formalities, a medical visit imposed who knows what for, wait after wait ... After an hour of tribulation I arrive just in time, but my masseuse ... is not there because she did not know about my appointment. P.S. Federico, the checks consist in filling out the papers and measuring the temperature, which the employee (whom I do not condemn and to whom I express my sincere solidarity) in the excitement of the moment also forgot to measure us.

Il massaggio non va fatto in un ambiente in cui c e freschino e senza musica di sottofondo!!! Paghi qualcosina, ma almeno essere soddisfatti del posto. I was very satisfied with the staff, but I have to underline two very important things ... The massage should not be done in an environment where there is fresh and without background music !!! Pay a little, but at least be happy with the place.

Abbiamo cercato su internet, le recensioni sono tutte positive, ma non ci sembra leggere da nessuna parte l'informazione che sono Terme unicamente riabilitative .... qualcuno sa darci maggiori informazioni???? Grazie. We are in Levico Terme, we were unable to enter the spa because they tell us that there are no daily entrances, that they are not the "classic" spas and that they use the location only as physiotherapy. We searched on the internet, the reviews are all positive, but we do not seem to read the information that they are only rehabilitation spas .... can anyone give us more information ???? Thank you.
