Perché? Ve lo spiego subito.
Per cominciare il pane, che è sempre fresco e di panificazione diretta, non credo proprio usino prodotti surgelati e questo si capisce dal fatto che il pane "del giorno dopo" risulta ancora buonissimo!
Inoltre, la scelta, si va dal classico panino morbido di grano tenero al Segalino alla pagnotta di cereali con lievito madre.
Una delle cose che preferisco acquistare qui è il bretzel, davvero spettacolare!
Ho provato anche i dolci e le focacce, ottime anche se non le migliori io abbia mai assaggiato, comunque tutto di eccellente fattura.

To begin with, the bread, which is always fresh and directly baked, I don't think they use frozen products and this is clear from the fact that the bread "of the day after" is still very good!
In addition, the choice ranges from the classic soft soft wheat bun with Segalino to the cereal loaf with mother yeast.
One of my favorite things to buy here is the bretzel, really spectacular!
I also tried the desserts and focaccias, excellent even if not the best I have ever tasted, however all of excellent workmanship.

Segnalo la torta Mochena ma soprattutto lo Schuttelbrot fatto perfettamente a regola d'arte, senza dubbio il più buono fino adesso da me assaggiato. Un plauso anche al servizio sempre disponibile e cortese nonostante il grande afflusso di questi giorni e pandemie varie.
