Indubbiamente lo stile della struttura è leggermente retrò, ma le camere sono PULITISSIME, il personale gentile e amichevole, colazione semplice e ottima. Abbiamo dovuto lasciare la camera anticipatamente per questioni personali e loro sono stati molto gentili ad non addebitarci l intero importo. Meritano pienamente tutte le mie stelle e i miei complimenti. Un abbraccio a tutti loro My partner and I stayed at this hotel and we are fully satisfied with it. Undoubtedly the style of the structure is slightly retro, but the rooms are VERY CLEAN, the staff are polite and friendly, the breakfast is simple and excellent. We had to leave the room early for personal reasons and they were very kind not to charge us the full amount. They fully deserve all my stars and my compliments. A hug to all of them

Ci hanno dato una stanza molto vecchia con muffa sotto la finestra e una crepa che correva lungo tutto il muro e il pavimento. Niente clima ne frigo. Il cibo è deprimente e non corrisponde affatto alle immagini e alla descrizione sul loro sito. Nota positiva è la gentilezza del personale. Definitely dated structure even if in an excellent position. They gave us a very old room with mold under the window and a crack that ran all along the wall and floor. No climate or fridge. The food is depressing and doesn't match the pictures and description on their site at all. Positive note is the kindness of the staff.

Per quanto mi riguarda avendo esigenze alimentari specifiche, ho trovato il massimo della disponibilità. Tornerò sicuramente alla prossima occasione. The structure is comfortable, quiet and well-kept. The management and the staff are all very kind. The very varied cuisine is proposed with imagination. As for me having specific dietary needs, I found the maximum availability. I will definitely come back next time.

It is a typical mountain hotel in Levico, fantastic ....... where you eat well, the rooms are very warm. Mrs. Ivana is a very friendly person, clean environment ...... I highly recommend it.
V	Vincenzo Massaro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alla fine possiamo dire che è una buona struttura. È un hotel un po' vintage a conduzione familiare a due passi dal centro. Cosa graditissima è la pulizia delle camere, la nostra doccia era spaziosa peccato la mancanza di un clima e del frigo . Il personale dell'hotel è molto educato e si dà un gran da fare, quindi promosso . La cosa che penalizza tanto secondo me è la cucina, purtroppo non un dettaglio. Notiamo l'assoluta mancanza di prodotti tipici ( in quattro giorni mai uno speck o ad esempio canederli o quant'altro o a colazione solo yogurt confezionati, niente succo arancia o ananas e brioches ottime ma ripetitive, solo marmellata)e i primi onestamente non erano buoni . Ovviamente è un parere soggettivo però avendo girato tanti hotel posso dire che se si migliorasse questo aspetto guadagnerebbero tanto. Per il resto però tutto benissimo, il personale ripeto bravissimo. In definitiva valutazione buona. In the end we can say that it is a good structure. It is a somewhat vintage family-run hotel a stone's throw from the center. What is very welcome is the cleanliness of the rooms, our shower was spacious sin the lack of a climate and the fridge. The hotel staff is very polite and very busy so promoted. The thing that penalizes so much in my opinion is the kitchen, unfortunately not a detail. We note the absolute lack of typical products (in four days never a speck or dumplings or anything else or for breakfast only packaged yogurt, no orange juice or pineapple and excellent but repetitive croissants, only jam) and the first ones were honestly not good. Obviously it is a subjective opinion but having toured many hotels I can say that if this aspect was improved they would earn a lot. For the rest, however, all very well, I repeat the staff very good. Ultimately good evaluation.

Camere spaziose e accoglienti. Bagno nuovo e con tutti i comfort. Cibo buono e vario. Personale cordiale e disponibile. Gestito in modo impeccabile. Typical structure a stone's throw from the center of Levico and 10 minutes from the Hapsburg Park. In 15 minutes on foot you arrive at the Levico lake. Spacious and welcoming rooms. New bathroom with all comforts. Good and varied food. Friendly and helpful staff. Impeccably managed.
