We asked if our bed could be made into two singles instead of a double and the lady rudely told us she wouldn't do it and gave us the sheets to change the bed. Breakfast was okay and the pool/ spa area is only open till 8pm (not great when the sun doesn't set till 9:30pm and you planned to go for a swim after a long day of hiking) overall not worth the money at all. The all acted like they were too busy for you.

E	Ellie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I found a superdeal on Grupon for a night stay at a comfort room plus dinner , breakfast and free spa enterance for two. Employees were super polite and helpful. The room was beautiful and super tidy. We loved the dinner, there was also a free buffet for salads and fresh fruits and desserts. We spent a whole day at the spa and I got a 25 min of leg and feet massage, I loved it. The massager was very professional. At night there was a free piano concert with women and men dressed in Sisilly syle. We also had a special cocktail of the house which was amazing. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a nice and relaxing stay at a beautiful place.

Those being: 1) No air-conditioning make it unbearably hot in summer. 2) Certain areas (e.g. indoor bar) aren't open, even in season. 3) Rooms are a bit small and dated. The pool is nice, though small. The location is good for the town. As I say, a lovely building with great potential, but as it stands I would stay elsewhere (by the lake).

Decorated in Sissy style but very stuffy, hot and the huge stand alone airco next to the bed made too much noise to use during the night. Outside it was 10 degrees but in our room 27 and no windows we could open. Whole hotel had a damp swimming pool smell. Maybe other rooms had a better atmosphere but we decided to book another hotel for the second night. Personnel very friendly and polite
R	Ronen Tzadok on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The experience in the Grand hotel imperial was amazing. My friend and I were in a winter vacation there, and the hotel was everything we needed. The interior, the room, the lobby, the halls, the dining room, the pool, and basically everything was clean, beautiful, well organize, and quiet. The staff were nice and helpful, and the service was great. Levico Terme is a nice, beautiful, and quite little city in the winter, and the hotel is just the cherry on top of it. I would definitely recommend to stay in this hotel.
R	RAUH Welt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent Hotel in a good location. However, it's not really a wellness Hotel as it is being advertised. Every Hotel I have been to had a pool and a Sauna and Massage. This Hotel has nothing extra apart from it. The Sauna opens only at 4PM - 8PM that is too late and not long enough because during that time everyone wants to use it. The pool area is pretty small and gets packed rather quickly especially in the evening. I also missed a training area for strength training, there was just nothing there while other Hotels will almost always offer a gym on site. For a Hotel in this price range and setting that is pretty disappointing. Other than that it was a decent stay. The room was nice and tidy and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The food is something you may have to get used to depending on where you are from. Very small portions and rather extravagant creations in the evening. Breakfast buffet was perfect.
T	Tom Rauhe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good value for money. The hotel is very spacious and has a flair of grandiose from the past. The pool is large and relaxing. Everything here is a bit dated, but still well maintained. We had a gin tasting with the very friendly main waiter and it was awesome.
