camera accogliente e arredata con molto gusto, posto centrale e tranquillo

Il B&B è in una posizione centrale che permette di visitare la città anche a piedi. A chi arriva in auto c è la possibilità di un parcheggio a pagamento custodito aperto 24 ore che dista dal b&b 400 metri. È curato nei minimi particolari, pulizia ottima, e colazione dolce o salata molto abbondante e variegata con dolci caldi appena sfornato. Il personale molto gentile e super disponibile.

La verdad nos vamos muy desilusionados cuando nos íbamos se rompió la llave de la habitación y nos trataron mal por eso prácticamente nos culparon y nos sacaron a las apuradas si no hubiera sido por eso seria una excelente estadía una lastima cuando llegamos habían sido muy amables pero no así cuando ocurrió un problema ojo con eso

In posizione centrale e molto strategica. Di recente ristrutturazione, accogliente, pulito e silenzioso anche se un lato affaccia sulla strada. Personale gentile ed alla mano, un plauso a Lavinia ed a Stefania, donne eccezionali che ti coccolano e consigliano di cosa fare o visitare. In zona ci sono tutti i servizi essenziali oltre a ristoranti, bar, pasticcerie, mercati locali come Ballarò, La Vucciria e tutto di più bello si possa cercare a Palermo. TV in camera, cassaforte privata, bagno ampio con doccia spaziosa, letto e materasso molto comodi. La ns stanza chiamata "A Santuzza" aveva il balcone in con tavolino e sedie. Riscaldamento con condizionatore. Nota speciale alla prima colazione, dolce o salata che sia, abbondante con cibo fresco e di qualità, tanta tanta roba... Inoltre, quando siamo partiti, molto presto la mattina, ci hanno fatto trovare la colazione in camera?? gesto graditissimo e senza eguali...?✅ Consigliatissimo ✅?? Torneremo presto.

Pleasant, clean rooms in Central location

I can only partly recommend this B&B. We had high expectations because of all the previous ratings and the very nice pictures on the internet. The positive things were that we were nicely welcomed by Lorenzo, like we had arranged, he showed us everything (and there is a lot to show with 4 different keys) and even accompanied us to a parking spot by bike. Also, the B&B is in the very heart of the city, so we could do all the sightseeing on foot. But I was very disappointed when I first entered our room. Although furnished with taste, the room was tiny and very dark. The pictures on the internet showed spacious, brightly lit rooms, but the electric lights in the room hardly gave any light. There was not even a proper bedside lamp. The little spotlight in the wall just illuminated the space in the wall, but reading a book was impossible. We had booked the San Franciscu room, but were given an "upgrade" to the U Criaturi room by the owner at the very last moment. This turned out not to be an upgrade at all, as we liked the San Franciscu room much better, and I think we should have been asked if we wanted the change or not. But there was a party of four staying at the place at the same time and it seems they wanted two adjacent rooms, so we were "shifted" to the other room. If you want to enjoy the nightlife in Palermo, this is the place to stay in. We did enjoy the nightlife, but also wanted to get some sleep at some point, but this was impossible. There were people walking by, shouting all the time. When the nightlife finally ended, the morning rattle and traffic noise started. Not even the earplugs that were provided by the owner helped. The breakfast was the next disappointment. It is served in the tiny (and also dark and cold - the air conditioning was on and there was nobody we could ask to switch it off) kitchen of the apartment and I did not feel comfortable being in such a small space with 4 complete strangers. Considering the low price we paid (€ 70 for 2 people per night with breakfast), I should probably not complain about the quality of the breakfast, although I don't consider a super-small package of sugared drink as "fruit juice". To make matters worse, there was no electricity in the apartment on our first day from 9.30 to 4pm. When we returned to our room at 2pm after 4 hours of walking around the city, we found the cleaning lady busy in our room, although the sign said there would be no cleaning after 12. So we had to wait until we could shower (ice-cold because of no electricity) and rest (again not possible because the cleaning lady was talking loudly and making lots of noise until 4pm). I did not feel at home at Bedda Mari Rooms and will certainly not return.
