Central location, well furnished, clean and well-kept apartment. The added value of this structure is Giovanni who with his welcome and warmth makes you feel at home! (and also with its rich breakfasts)

Like at home, clean well maintained, complete with every service. Very good host and delightful b & b, in the middle of Palermo life but very quiet. It will be my fixed destination every time I come to Palermo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un séjour inoubliable ! Nous sommes restés; ma compagne, mon fils de quatre ans et moi-même, deux nuits dans ce B&B. Giovanni est un hôte très attentionné et de très bon conseil. L'appartement est très bien situé, à 10 minutes à pieds de la gare en plein coeur du centre historique de Palerme. Nous étions dans une chambre pour trois avec tout le confort. Notre seul regret est de ne pas avoir réservé pour plus longtemps !
An unforgettable stay! We stayed; my partner, my four year old son and myself spent two nights at this B&B. Giovanni is a very attentive host and very good advice. The apartment is very well located, 10 minutes walk from the train station in the heart of the historic center of Palermo. We were in a room for three with all the comforts. Our only regret is not having booked for longer!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'appartamento è perfetto per gruppi di persone. Ogni stanza ha la sua autonomia e la zona giorno è ben attrezzata per la colazione e per i momenti comuni.
Il quartiere della kalsa è ricco di locali ed è ben servito dai mezzi di trasporto, si trova a pochi minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria e dai bus. Le stanze sono molto pulite così come i bagni, l'arredo è curato e ricco di particolari.
Ma il valore aggiunto della struttura è dato dal signor Giovanni che con la sua gentilezza ed ospitalità unita ai dolci freschi tipici offerti ogni mattina, aggiunge un tocco unico alla struttura stessa.
Assolutamente consigliato!
The apartment is perfect for groups of people. Each room has its own autonomy and the living area is well equipped for breakfast and for common moments.
The kalsa district is full of clubs and is well served by means of transport, it is just a few minutes walk from the train station and buses. The rooms are very clean as well as the bathrooms, the furniture is refined and rich in details.
But the added value of the structure is given by Mr. Giovanni who with his kindness and hospitality combined with the typical fresh sweets offered every morning, adds a unique touch to the structure itself.
Absolutely recommended!
