Fantastic location for a short stay in Palermo. I visited with my family and everything we wanted to do/visit in Palermo was a walking distance or a short taxi ride away. Also, the hotel rooms are a very good size with lovely high ceilings. Antonella the kitchen staff was also really lovely. However, quite a few things didn't go as planned with our stay, unfortunately. Firstly, we booked a room with breakfast included. Breakfast is advertised as "Continental and buffet breakfast options" turns out only the bread & tea is actually included in the "buffet". You have to pay for anything else e.g eggs, sausage etc. Basically anything else. Secondly, after our 3rd day, we put out some dirty towels and left the clean ones on the rails. When we got back to the room at night after a long day of exploring, we noticed the "fresh" towels folded by the sink were wet. When opened up, we noticed they were dirty! We waited till morning to raise this with Carlotta at the reception and we were told "we don't like to change the towels often" so basically they picked the towels we dropped on the bathroom floor and folded them back" extremely unhygienic! we were appalled to say the least! Thirdly, please note that wifi is only available in public areas (which is basically the reception and hallway) and NOT the bedrooms. You can sometimes get some signal in the room but it's very weak and no wifi reception in the dining room. All in all, I would recommend for the convenience of the location and room size but nothing else
