★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da stamattina provo a chiamare per una prenotazione ma la linea risulta sempre occupata e dopo quasi un ora, sono stata messa in attesa per più di mezz ora. Con l emergenza covid e per non creare assembramenti, dovrebbero cercare di rendere più efficiente la prenotazione online

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nella vita bisogna essere più elastici e il loro call center manca di questa elasticità quindi a prescindere dalla bravura o meno degli operatori e/o attrezzature mediche per me questo posto non esiste più. Pessimo servizio di segreteria

Privi di segreteria telefonica che possa stimare i tempi di attesi e o gli orari di ricevimento.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un disastro. Ieri ho effettuato un ecografia di routine. Da 10 anni tutti i medici e ospedali, refertano la stessa diagnosi tranne il loro medico. Questa mattina chiamo la segreteria per chiedere l'ecografia con l'altro medico, data la diagnosi errata di ieri. Loro gentilmente rispondono che la posso fare nuovamente a fine maggio, ovviamente pagando. Se si vuole mantenere una continuità professionale il paziente va trattato diversamente. Ho portato i referti che dimostrano che la diagnosi e sbagliata ma nulla. Io ho buttato 40 euro circa, ma loro la faccia e la professionalità. E sicuramente questa non è una buona pubblicità
A disaster. I had a routine ultrasound yesterday. For 10 years all doctors and hospitals have reported the same diagnosis except their doctor. This morning I call the secretariat to ask for an ultrasound with the other doctor, given yesterday's misdiagnosis. They kindly reply that I can do it again at the end of May, obviously paying.
