Appena scendi sei nella parte viva di Palermo.lo consiglio x una fuga dalla routine per un relax e divertimento. A place where it seems like dreaming of beautiful rooms, an adjoining terrace in the room with a whirlpool. As soon as you get off you are in the lively part of Palermo. I recommend it for an escape from the routine for relaxation and fun.

Come prima cosa devo dire che il personale è cortese e gentile la stanza è carina con vasca idromassaggio e sauna ma non avere la porta nel bagno e il bidè x me fondamentale no questo no e poi dopo avere speso quella cifra che x me è TROPPO devo andare a fare la colazione al bar perché alle 7.30 circa non trovo nessuna colazione a no scusate delle fette biscottate con marmellata o nutella monouso sinceramente non è bello però tutto sommato diciamo sufficiente dimenticavo la stanza era pulita e sistematata da migliorare I put three stars and not 5 x two reasons. First of all I must say that the staff is courteous and kind the room is nice with whirlpool tub and sauna but not having the door in the bathroom and the bidet is fundamental for me no this no and then after having spent that amount that for me is TOO I have to go to have breakfast at the bar because at around 7.30 I can't find any breakfast at no sorry for the biscuits with jam or disposable nutella honestly it's not nice but all in all let's say enough I forgot the room was clean and arranged to be improved

Purtroppo, nella Suite Junior, l'insonorizzazione è fatta malissimo e abbiamo dormito molto male durante il soggiorno. Siamo rimasti nella struttura per 6 notte, delle quale siamo riusciti a dormire bene solo quando la stanza accanto era vuota. Altrimenti si sente assolutamente tutto: dalla conversazione che gli ospiti accanto hanno all’acqua versata sul bicchiere. Se i vicini usano il fon, sembra di essere un’aspirapolvere nella stessa stanza. Non sappiamo se sia un problema solo della Suite Junior, ma in ogni caso è stato una cattiva esperienza. Altro problema è che non abbiamo avuto nessun cambio di biancheria o pulizia durante tutto il soggiorno (ripeto, 6 notte), con la scusa del covid (anche se cambiare biancheria e pulire una stanza vuota non mi sembra particolarmente rischioso in termini epidemiologici. Per il resto, il proprietario è attivo nel rispondere, ma non ha offerto nessuna alternativa per rispondere ai nostri problemi – abbiamo dormito molto molto male. La colazione è buona e la stanza è ampia. The positive point is the location, very central and very convenient. Otherwise, you can hear absolutely everything: from the conversation that the guests next door have to the water poured on the glass. If the neighbors use the hairdryer, it seems to be a vacuum cleaner in the same room. We don't know if it's just a Junior Suite problem, but it was a bad experience anyway. Another problem is that we did not have any change of linen or cleaning during the whole stay (I repeat, 6 nights), with the excuse of the covid (even if changing linen and cleaning an empty room does not seem particularly risky in epidemiological terms. rest, the owner is active in answering but offered no alternative to answer our problems - we slept very very badly.The breakfast is good and the room is large.
F	Francesco Prestianni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deluso da tante cose. 1 mancanza di presenza del titolare per l'entrata e uscita. 2 mi hanno richiesto di fare in green pass pagando 15 euro alla fine il titolare non mi ha richiesto nessun green pass e documento, quindi soldi buttati. 3 mancanza di porta saponetetta con acqua che usciva solo fredda nel lavandino. 4 tavoloccia rotta e gabinetto per bambini. 5 umidita nei muri e impossibile aprire con freddo e pioggia. 6 mancanza nella porta d'ingresso un paraspifferi, entrava tanta aria fredda. 7 mancanza di locandina grafica con le istruzioni d'uso della spa e sauna. 8 batterie scariche telecomando e quindi niente tv. 9 colazione da ospedale, DELUSO 190 euro sono soldi. Piacevolissima la vasca idromassaggio sul terrazzo! Molta gentilezza e attenzione. Palermo strepitosa! Ci torneremo al più presto! L’accoglienza di Valentina dolcissima e super disponibile, la camera carinissima semplice ma con tutto quello che potrebbe servire, piccolo frigo e tisane. L’idromassaggio favoloso. La colazione al bar graziosissima. Tornerò The whole stay was perfect. The welcome of Valentina was very sweet and super helpful, the room was very nice, simple but with everything you could need, a small fridge and herbal teas. The fabulous whirlpool. The breakfast at the lovely bar. I'll be back

Abbiamo passato una notte ghiacciata anche con la pompa di calore sempre accesa (che evidentemente non bastava), per non parlare dell’insonorizzazione… Altra mancanza, non grave, ma comunque necessaria, sono le pantofole usa e getta, essendo una suite non possono mancare. Inoltre la colazione (inclusa nel prezzo) molto scarna, solo fette biscottate e crackers con un crema di nocciole e una marmellata. Il punto forte della camera è sicuramente la sauna, perfetta! La mini piscina, carina, ma astrusa da capire. Dispiace ammettere che non vale la spesa esosa.
