Convenient location, atmospheric, but the garbage for 4 days has never been taken out of the toilet, but it is common. The soap is over, never refilled, not cleaned.

We do not give 5 stars because we expected the breakfast, reading the previous reviews, cmq the accommodation was very comfortable, spacious and especially convenient for its location motorways.Near the station and near the historical center.

Peccato per Palermo, sporca e inquietante. Friendly and helpful owner. Retro but clean room. Good privacy. Strategic position but difficult to reach by car if you respect the prohibitions. Too bad for Palermo, dirty and disturbing.

Il giorno prima dell'arrivo, ricevo una chiamata del titolare il quale mi informa della mancanza di disponibilità della stanza. Gli chiedo come sia possibile e la risposta è stata che un anziano che sta soggiornando da lui vorrebbe restare ancora un po'. Rimango sbigottito. Che discorsi sono? Chi ha prenotato per tempo ha il diritto di utilizzare la stanza e il titolare ha il dovere di accoglierlo. Ricevo comunque la proposta di pernottare presso un'altra sua struttura che è profondamente differente. Io non mi fido più di chi si comporta in questo modo. Ahimè si tratta di un malcostume comune quello di accettare prenotazioni e di disdirle all'ultimo. Ero propenso a non rendere pubblica questa cosa. Poi ho pensato che evidenziando le cose che non vanno i proprietari avranno più cura dei clienti che prenotano le camere e si affidano a loro. I booked at this property about two months ago. However, I receive the proposal to stay overnight at another of his facilities which is profoundly different. I no longer trust anyone who behaves this way. Alas it is a common malpractice to accept reservations and cancel them at the last minute. I was inclined not to go public with this. Then I thought that by pointing out the wrong things the owners will take better care of the customers who book the rooms and rely on them.
