★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Consigliatomi da un noto hotel nelle vicinanze, mi sono recata in questo salone di parrucchieri, ove ho fatto la PIEGA PEGGIORE della mia vita.
1) ho ATTESO 30 MINUTI nonostante avessi preso l'appuntamento.
2) Considerata l'attesa, l'unico parrucchiere presente nel salone - poiché era impegnato in un'altra piega - chiedeva alla ragazza (forse receptionist?) di iniziarmi a lavare.
Ho chiesto alla ragazza che mi ha lavato la testa se per lei fosse la prima volta (poiché si percepiva che non aveva mai fatto uno shampoo nella sua vita) e lei stessa mi riferiva di essere "alle prime armi".
Come se non bastasse, durante la piega mi hanno BRUCIATO LA CUTE.
Solamente dopo aver pagato €. 70,00 per l'OSCENA MESSA in piega, ho fatto presente che questo non è il modo di lavorare, immaginando mi porgessero quanto meno delle scuse. La risposta dalla titolare è stata un "arrivederci".
Solamente aver riferito il tutto all'hotel, la SIGNORA mi faceva pervenire delle scuse, richiedendomi di riprovare il salone l'indomani con un altro operatore. MA CHI CI TORNA! Neanche GRATIS!!!
 Consigliatomi by a famous hotel nearby, I went into this beautiful hair salon, where I made the WORST DROP of my life.
1) I WAITED 30 MINUTES even though I had made the appointment.
2) Considering the wait, the only hairdresser present in the salon - because he was engaged in another turn - asked the girl (perhaps receptionist?) To start washing me.
I asked the girl who washed my head if it was the first time for her (since she felt that she had never shampooed in her life) and she herself was referring to being "novice".
As if that were not enough, during the crease I have BURNED THE SKIN.
Only after paying €. 70,00 for the START OBSCENE into the fold, I pointed out that this is not the way to work, imagining porgessero me at least an apology. The response from the owner was a "goodbye".
Only having reported everything to the hotel, the LADY sent me an apology, asking me to try the salon again the next day with another operator. BUT WHO GO BACK! Not even FREE !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An absolute nightmare. Do NOT go here to get lash extensions. This was the lash nightmare that you hear about but hope doesn't happen to you. She glued lumps of about 5-7 of my natural lashes together with 2 or 3 extensions. Its supposed to be one on one. She damaged my natural lashes and I lost a lot of them. It was painful and uncomfortable for weeks as all the natural lashes that were glued into lumps were pulling.
I don't have as many of my natural lashes left and have to pray to God they grow back. The worst thing is they refuse to give my money back. The other worse thing is they charged 150 euros for a REFILL!! Not even for a full set!! I went elsewhere in Italy and got a refill for 40euros. That's unheard of in Australia. Maybe they tried to take advantage of me because I'm from Australia, not sure. But for that price you would expect the best lashes of your life, not the worst. They obviously lied and said the therapist had 3years experience with lashes. I think she had no idea what she was doing. My regular lash technician when I got back home to Melbourne said it was a very bad job and she said she could see where the gaps in my natural lashes were from the ones that were missing, from the damage. Horrible, shocking and disappointing experience.
