★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unluckily, I took the decision to colour and to cut my hair by this place and I can tell you that it was the worse decision ever.
The work by itself it's not bad but the customer service experience was the worse I ever had probably because i am an expat.
For almost 2 hours i felt totally uncomfortable and for example while doing my curls she was bothered because i was trying to fix my bang.
Considering that i paid above 200 euros I would expect to be treated as I should instead i was almost all the time ignored, no one cared about my requests and I could even see the hairstylist bothered because i asked to make some changes at my bang.
If you are an expat this is not the place for you!
