★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Premetto che sono andata con un'offerta Groupon, ma sono rimasta alquanto delusa dal taglio fatto con lo sfilzino senza un criterio, per non parlare dei colpi di sole,la piega non è durata neanche un giorno. Tutto ciò solo in un'ora.
I state that I went with a Groupon offer, but I was somewhat disappointed by the cut made with the sash without a criterion, not to mention the highlights, the crease did not last even one day. All this in just one hour.

Ti attraggono con pacchetti decisamente convenienti, ma propongono trattamenti scadenti e un pieno di attesa e scortesia.
Mi è capitato che mi rimandassero indietro senza farmi la ceretta (il giorno prima di partire per le vacanze) dopo aver preso appuntamento mesi prima, piuttosto che attendere anche più di 2 ore.
Per non parlare dei modi terribili che hanno per giustificarsi e neppure scusarsi dei disagi che causano.
Il personale è piuttosto scadente e la proprietà arrogante e molto maleducata.
State sicuri che appena finiti i pacchetti che mi avete estorso e ho già pagato non mi vedrete mai più.
Fidatevi che anche se siete pieni tutti i giorni la gente si rompe le scatole e restate tutti in mezzo a una strada.
My experience in this bad place is really bad.
They attract you with decidedly affordable packages, but they offer poor treatments and a full wait and rudeness.
It happened to me that they sent me back without waxing me (the day before I left for the holidays) after making an appointment months earlier, rather than waiting for more than 2 hours.
Not to mention the terrible ways they have to justify themselves or even apologize for the inconveniences they cause.
The staff is rather poor and the property arrogant and very rude.
Be sure that as soon as you finish the packages that you have extorted from me and I have already paid you will never see me again.
Trust that even if you are full every day people will break their boxes and stay in the middle of a street.

Sono andata di mattina presto e la signorina è stata molto gentile, tutto è stato svolto correttamente (balayage)
Unlike all the reviews I read around I luckily found myself well. Of course, if you go with the groupon maybe you avoid the Saturday crowd, what do you say? ;)

He is now my trusted hairdresser, after years of research three years ago I discovered him and I will never leave him. They are all very good and they make monthly promotions also on the aesthetics very convenient. They only use valid products and always recommend the best for you. Get ready and cozy shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have to say that I went to many hair-dressers around Milan but never I met such ignorance and insolence! After I clearly described what I would like a lady who was in charged for me started to tell me stories just to push me away from my thought. They are even so rude and insolent that they treat u as a person who never ever before visited saloon and colored hair. At the end, I went out from saloon with my hair even worse than when I came and when I said I don't notice any kind of difference in my hair lady was offended! I really don't get who is visiting this saloon, with this kind of people working there. Not only u don't meet the request of a customer , but over that, u are so insolent and rude when customer react. I would not recommend this place to anyone!
