I have been there two times! They are very good at their technique and have a good sense of style! Besides, nice and relaxing atmosphere!

We hope that one day can become seriously, in order to really test the quality of our service, as much appreciated by our actual customers as often object, unfortunately, of untrue and anonymous opinions. Brera 13 Milan Staff." => How shocking! Not a way to treat clients and you don't avoid to repeat mistakes by not admitting them. Your investigator should know that those whose name get googled a lot for professional reasons use fake or, in this case, friend's accounts for their google review as their hair fiascos don't need to go public. But fortunately enough for him/her, I still have the invoice and can communicate privately the name and number I made the reservation under and can even share a picture of how my hair looked like when I left your place. Your hairdresser would probably recognise me, she had long/dark/straight hair. I went today to a hairdresser to fix it and she asked me why I did a colour while I just wanted highlights. I said it was supposed to be a shatush... -------------- Initial message: Worst hairdresser experience ever! I asked for highlights, and instead of telling me that they don't do them, the hairdresser told me a shatush would have the same effect. However it's completely different as she dyed all my hair (!!) and coloured them afterwards. As a result, there's no highlight effect as it's the same colour everywhere + the colour isn't even the one I wanted as I showed exactly on my hair the colour of blond that I needed but left with an orange-blond. Also, my hair is now very damaged as it's never been before so I have to wait until I go to another hairdresser to fix it. And last but not least, I paid 250 euros!!! The staff wasn't even pleasant, expat community of Milan, do NOT go there! ----------

Wonderful salon. Despite the language difference, the staff endeavoured to understand exactly what I wanted, and even though I wanted a colour that was difficult to explain, I got a fantastic result. Recommend very highly.

I came with yellow and very badly done haircut. They made a miracle on my head. I will never again change hairdresser. If I say that I was crying before I went to them.it would be completely truth :) they do magic!

I would definitely recommend avoiding this salon. Specifically the hairstylist Francesca. I was honestly given the worst hair cut of my life. I asked for a trim and now my hair has been thinned to about 1/4 of its usual thickness. They also do NOT speak English well whatsoever. On their app it allows you to choose an English-speaking hairstylist but she was an A1 level at best. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.

They don’t listen to your request, lie to your face and overall ruin your hair. One star is extremely generous.
