L'Aassistente è stata così maleducata da non voler farmi scoprire il brand Montale, continuando a lamentarsi del fatto che è da sola in negozio e che se arriva qualcun'altro mi deve cacciare via per assisterlo, mi ha spiegato superficialmente le due fragranze mostrate e appena arrivato un cliente l'ha accolto... non rispettando le procedure sanitarie (e io avevo pure aspettato 20 min fuori per il cliente precedente). Il signore ha chiesto un prodotto e lei mi ha lasciato immediatamente, rispondendomi male quando le avevo chiesto GENTILMENTE che avrei voluto annotare i nomi dei profumi provati per poi provarne uno su pelle... RIPETO, ESPERIENZA DI PROFUMERIA= LA PEGGIORE MAI RICEVUTA IN VITA MIA. Mi ha mancato di rispetto, è stata maleducata, incompetente, aggressiva, arrabbiata e in ansia perchè il suo unico scopo è accogliere clienti che sanno già quello che vogliono comprare. Io avrei pure comprato un profumo ma mi rifiuto di tornarci...., preferisco qualcuno che ascolti che un'anziana irascibile e menefreghista dei clienti. Da licenziare. Bad experience !!! I would also have bought a perfume but I refuse to go back ...., I prefer someone who listens to an old irascible and indifferent to customers. To be fired.

Nonostante l'acquisto sono stato trattato con superficialità e sciatteria da una propietaria/commessa. Avevo da fare un secondo acquisto ma visto l'atteggiamento o preferito andar via. Non consiglio. G	Gianni L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Che dire sono sempre andato da Zhor profumeria di via Montenapoleone oggi avevo deciso di cambiare ed entro in questa profumeria trovo tre signore addette alla vendita, una ,gentilissima, che ha iniziato a mostrarmi e farmi sentire dei profumi, atre due sue colleghe, tra le quali la responsabile, che osservavano, tengo a precisare che ho il green pass rafforzato e che indossavo la mascherina regolarmente, naturalmente per odorare le fragranze ho dovuto toglierla.Dopocirca dieci minuti, mentre stavo decidendo per l’acquisto, entra una cliente e la responsabile stizzita con tono altezzoso poco educatamente mi redarguisce di indossare la mascherina, naturalmente non approvando ne’ il modo ne’ la circostanza del richiamo brusco e scortese sono andato via. Quando si è a contatto con il pubblico e si ha paura di contrarre il virus rimanete a casa che vi è molta gente che ha voglia di lavorare, quando si hanno gli stipendi assicurati e non si è proprietari è facile far rispettare le regole, Comunque è la prima profumeria al mondo dove per annusare un profumo devi tenere la mascherina complimenti ,mi spiace per le altre signore molto cortesi e gentili .
