Perfect packaging with 4 samples over the purchased fragrance. Finally someone who gives samples, which can be of help for future purchases !! ????. Quality fragrances. I chose Montale after comparing it with other brands. Taken with eyes closed Black Oud Intense. Truly sublime. Small inefficiency of GLS in my area. Always late with deliveries.

Siamo stati serviti da una commessa che non ha saputo capire le nostre esigenze e non ci ha proposto nessun tipo di fragranza nonostante fossimo già utilizzatori dei profumi Mancera. Se fosse stata più propositiva avremmo sicuramente acquistato visto che lo abbiamo fatto in un altra profumeria con personale più professionale e disponibile. Bad experience. We were served by a saleswoman who did not know how to understand our needs and did not offer us any type of fragrance even though we were already users of Mancera perfumes. If it had been more proactive we would certainly have bought it as we did it in another perfumery with more professional and helpful staff.

Ho acquistato tre profumi ma, fosse stato per il servizio che mi è stato erogato non avrei nemmeno acquistato un campioncino. Venditrice arrogante, e che prima di servirmi si è preoccupata di come fossi vestito. Conviene acquistare online se questo è il trend. Beautiful shop, perfectly styled with the brand concept. The only big flaw is who takes care of serving the customer. I bought three perfumes but, had it been for the service that was provided to me, I wouldn't have even bought a sample. Arrogant seller, and who worried about how I was dressed before serving me. It is worth buying online if this is the trend.
