All'interno, la Chiesa a tre navate, è stata completamente restaurata. La cripta è incantevole, mentre la struttura è maestosa e severa.Nella Chiesa vengono venerate le reliquie di San Domenico Abate. L' abbazia ha subito nel corso dei secoli devastazioni e gravi danni per eventi naturali, ma è stata sempre ricostruita e ristrutturata. Infine seguendo la sua vocazione storica rimane un significativo centro culturale e un riferimento spirituale e di carità. Un ringraziamento particolare ai sacerdoti.
