Non é da meno il tour della cantina tramite cui è possibile comprendere meglio come si sviluppa tutto il processo di vinificazione Excellent wines, especially the barbaresco. Molto particolari ed apprezzabili anche gli altri vini, come lo Chardonnay che vinificano sia in acciaio, che in legno, che in anfora. Barbera altrettanto buona. Titolare disponibile e gentile, ci ha fatto vedere la cantina e degustare i vini prima dell'acquisto. Tappa obbligata se siete in zona! One of the best Barbarescos around is produced here, their Rabajà is truly special. The other wines are also very particular and appreciable, such as Chardonnay which vinify both in steel, in wood, and in amphora. Equally good Barbera. Helpful and kind owner, he showed us the cellar and tasted the wines before buying. A must if you are in the area!

Gabriele ci guidato all'interno della cantina raccontandoci minuziosamente tutti processi per produrre il Barbaresco. Vini identitari e di una precisione quasi chirurgica. La Barbera un vino emozionante così come il Barbaresco Rabajá elegante quanto austero. Qui si nota l'esperienza e la passione per produrre qualcosa di eccelente. Winery immersed in the cru most suited to producing a superior quality Barbareco: the Rabajà. Gabriele guided us inside the cellar detailing all the processes to produce Barbaresco. Wines with identity and almost surgical precision. Barbera is an exciting wine as is Barbaresco Rabajá as elegant as it is austere. Call in advance to reserve the tasting (during harvesting mid Sept - mid Oct it could be more difficult to arrange it) Gabriele perfectly speaks English and will introduce you to the wine production process, step by step through the cellars. At the end of the tour you'll have the chance to taste some of the finest Barbaresco wines: the elegance, the balance and the fullbodyness of the wines proposed is outstanding. Especially if you love mineral ones. 10€ for the tasting, becoming free if you buy bottles (that is almost impossible not to do it :-) If this is your last stop, you can ask them to ship all the wine you have bought, also the ones from other wineries.
