★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A fine ottobre sono entrata nel negozio per valutare l'acquisto di una pentola a pressione da sostituire con quella che avevo acquistato 30anni prima con la batteria di pentole Barazzoni. In quell'occasione, la commessa, con professionalità e cortesia, mi ha informato che le loro pentole sono garantite a vita e quindi che potevo portarle la mia da mandare in azienda per essere revisionata. Dopo 15 giorni mi hanno riconsegnato la mia pentola a pressione alla quale era stata effettuata la sostituzione della valvola e del perno attaccato al coperchio e della guarnizione, tutto questo senza dover pagare un centesimo. Questa dimostra la serietà e la correttezza di questa azienda italiana, associata a un'ottima professionalità e cortesia del personale del negozio di Bologna. Grazie davvero per la vostra serietà, alla quale non siamo più abituati.
At the end of October I entered the shop to evaluate the purchase of a pressure cooker to replace with the one I had bought 30 years earlier with the Barazzoni cookware set. On that occasion, the saleswoman, with professionalism and courtesy, informed me that their pots are guaranteed for life and therefore that I could bring mine to send to the company to be overhauled. After 15 days they returned my pressure cooker to which the valve and the pin attached to the lid and the gasket had been replaced, all this without having to pay a cent. This demonstrates the seriousness and correctness of this Italian company, associated with the excellent professionalism and courtesy of the staff of the Bologna store. Thank you very much for your seriousness, to which we are no longer used.

I liked the shop, not least for the courtesy of the saleswoman. You will find pots of all kinds, but also various household items, such as irons, cutlery, tablecloths, mats etc. Reasonable prices.
