★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho chiamato per visionare un auto usata in vendita. Non essendo ancora la macchina pronta da provare mi viene proposto un appuntamento nel week end. Accetto l'appuntamento, senza fretta. Due giorni prima mi viene richiesto di anticipare l'incontro al giorno successivo perché sono stati fissati altri appuntamenti prima del mio e rischierei di perdere l'auto se qualcuno l'acquista prima. Accetto. Potrei anche fermare l'auto versando una caparra che nel caso l'auto non fosse come dalle foto non riceverei più indietro. Mezzora dopo un ulteriore chiamata mi notifica che l'auto è già stata venduta. Poca professionalità.
 I called to view a used car for sale. As the car is not yet ready to test, I am offered an appointment on the weekend. I accept the appointment, without haste. Two days before I am asked to bring the meeting forward to the next day because other appointments have been made before mine and I would risk losing the car if someone buys it earlier. I accept. I could also stop the car by paying a deposit that if the car was not as shown in the photos I would never receive it back. Half an hour later another call notifies me that the car has already been sold. Little professionalism.

Ragazze alla reception che invece di accogliere il cliente guardano il Cellulare.
Abbiamo trascorso 15 minuti in concessionaria e non solo nessuno è venuto per sapere se avevamo bisogno, ma….NESSUNO HA DETTO “BUONASERA”.
Pessimi.
“Salespeople” who, with no customer in front of them, pretend to be busy because you are dressed in all.
Girls at the reception who instead of welcoming the customer look at the cell phone.
We spent 15 minutes in the dealership and not only no one came to find out if we needed it, but… NO ONE SAID “GOOD EVENING”.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questa mattina ho avuto una anomalia alla trazione della mia Audi in autostrada che mi ha costretto a fermarmi. Chiamo immediatamente Baiauto dove ho acquistato la mia auto, ma sono tutti impegnati. Dalle 08,30 riesco a parlare con il servizio di officina solamente alle 18,50. Un servizio veramente scadente. Farò segnalazione anche ad Audi. Non si trattano così i clienti.
This morning I had a traction anomaly on my Audi on the highway that forced me to stop. I immediately call Baiauto where I bought my car, but they are all busy. From 08.30 am I able to speak with the workshop service only at 18.50. A truly poor service. I will also report to Audi. You don't treat customers like that.

Per effettuare un semplice tagliando la prima disponibilità dopo 15 giorni.
Prenoto chiedendo se possibile la riconsegna dell'auto alle ore 17.
Risposta Vedremo di fare il possibile.
Porto l'auto alle ore 9 e chiedo nuovamente la consegna alle ore 17.
risposta dell'addetto al servizio clienti Luca : la chiamiamo quando finito.
Chiamo 16.45 per sapere se potevo andare a ritirare, risposta : l'addetto Luca è impegnato.
Mi richiama ore 18.10 per dirmi che potevo andare.
Arrivo 18.30 ed aspetto 20 minuti che si libera da un altro cliente.
Risultato : 510 euro e 2 ore in giro con il mio accompagnatore e suo figlio piccolo in attesa della cortesia di poter ritirare la mia macchina.
Il tempo dei clienti non vale nulla. Per fare un tagliando 8 ore non bastano.
Prima e Ultima volta da loro.

I call 4.45 pm to find out if I could go and collect, answer: the assistant Luca is busy.
He calls me back at 18.10 to tell me that I could go.
I arrive at 6.30pm and wait 20 minutes for another client to free himself.
Result: 510 euros and 2 hours around with my companion and his little son waiting for the courtesy of being able to collect my car.
Customers' time is worth nothing. 8 hours are not enough to make a service.

Not only did they fix the window for us the following day, but it was ready for us to collect in 3 hours. A special thank you to Giulia, whom we cannot thank enough. We have been so impressed by her & the team's kind, attentive service throughout and reasonable prices for the repair. We have never had such great service from an Audi garage (in GB or anywhere else)! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
