We've been going there for years. First with golf and now with octavia. A little expensive but professional!

Good evening, I would like to point out the lack of professionalism and transparency of the dealership as regards the workshop part in the coupons / overhauls of the machines. I do not dwell on the economic part which I still consider extremely expensive not in line with the market but above all on the lack of transparency in reporting problems. In my case, they changed parts of the wheel, placing the responsibility on the tire dealer. Certainly times are tight in the workshops but this does not justify the lack of professionalism. I am not used to giving reviews but in this case it seems correct to inform.

Unfortunately I can't give zero stars. I purchased a Skoda Citigo G-tech and following the instructions written in the booklet every six months I go to petrol. This time I had difficulty starting the car. Contact the Skoda service and tell me to call an authorized workshop. Then I call the Baiauto and the service states that it is the fault of the 'old' petrol and that I have to use an additive and I am okay (they don't sell it though). I buy one of good quality and the week after (finished the full of methane I had made for safety) I stay on foot. The Skoda mobility service sends me a tow truck that takes me to the Baiauto. They tell me that the problem is the 'old' petrol and that the repair will be out of warranty. On foot, I ask for a replacement car and they tell me they don't have any and they take me out with a tram ticket to go to work. Two days later I recontact them (with not a few difficulties because every minute and 11 seconds the line falls) and one person tells me that in addition to the 'old' petrol there is also a defect in the control unit and that I will have to wait 5 working days. Various vicissitudes (another person calls me repeating what I had asked the night before and remains astonished by the fact that I already know, the car had to be ready by Tuesday evening but then it is ready Wednesday morning, etc) and Wednesday evening I have myself brought to pick up the car. € 150 and the guilt is gasoline. Yesterday I found the last piece of plastic in the cockpit (hoping it was from the old unit) Summary: he stayed on foot without a replacement car for more than a week despite having always followed the instructions written in the booklet and what they had told me in the dealership. € 150 for tank cleaning and topping up. I hope I have more to do with them and recommend to anyone who has a Skoda methane to rely on a good mechanic to anticipate the problem of 'old petrol' .....
