★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'officina è stata molto reattiva nel gestire la pratica. L'auto è stata consegnata tramite carro attrezzi e il giorno seguente abbiamo potuto ritirarla. Personale molto cortese ed efficiente.
The workshop was very responsive in handling the case. The car was delivered by tow truck and we were able to collect it the following day. Very courteous and efficient staff.

Però, adetti alla manutenzione non hanno notato (io mi sono scordato di dirli) che la camera del retromarcia era fuori asse e non l'hanno aggiustata.
L'obbiezione riguarda anche il prezzo molto alto per un'operazione di manutenzione ordinaria.
The appointment was respected in the right timing. Delivery was fast.
However, the maintenance folks didn't notice (I forgot to tell them) that the reverse camera was off axis and didn't fix it.
The objection also concerns the very high price for an ordinary maintenance operation.
