★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi riconsegnano l'auto dopo il cambio del lunotto anteriore utilizzo il mezzo e devo rientrare da un breve viaggio di comunque 15 km piove, aziono i tergicristalli e mi accorgo che non funzionano. Si muovono verso l'interno dell'auto anziché sul vetro .
Riesco a rientrare solo grazie alle clementi condizioni atmosferiche .Immaginatevi se mi trovavo in autostrada sorpresa da un acquazzone. Io non ho parole!!!
They return the car to me after changing the front window, I use the vehicle and I have to return from a short trip of 15 km, however, it rains, I operate the wipers and I realize that they do not work. They move into the car instead of onto the glass.
I can only return thanks to the mild weather conditions. Imagine if I was on the highway surprised by a downpour. I have no words!!!

Ho portato la mia macchina per fare la revisione e sistemare alcuni problemi.
Se non li chiami tu, loro non ti chiamano per dirti a che punto è.
Ogni giorno li chiamavo io per chiedere a che punto fosse la mia macchina.
Mi hanno lasciata giorni senza auto creandomi molti disagi. Avrebbero potuto darmi l'auto di cortesia fin da subito se sanno che ci mettono tanto tempo per lavorare.
Non tornerò mai più.
Bad organization!
I brought my car to review and fix some problems.
If you don't call them, they won't call you to tell you where it is.
Every day I called them to ask where my car was.
They left me days without a car, creating many discomforts. They could have given me the courtesy car right away if they know they take so long to work.
I will never go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima organizzazione. Ho prenotato 3 settimane prima un intervento alla mia macchina con auto sostitutiva e quando mi sono presentata all'appuntamento non c'era nessuna auto sostitutiva. Mi hanno chiesto di ripassare un altro giorno, ma ovviamente mi sono rifiutata. Sconsigliato!
Bad organization. I booked my car with a replacement car 3 weeks in advance and when I showed up for the appointment there was no replacement car. They asked me to come over another day, but of course I refused. Not recommended!
