Tutte le volte ho trovato serietà, cure adeguate e gentilezza, per quanto possibile in un ambiente non facile dove, purtroppo ho potuto notare spesso che chi vi accede ha eccessive pretese, maleducazione e, soprattutto, pensa di essere l'unico ad avere la priorità su tutti... Il Dottore ( se così si può chiamare) che mi ha risposto mi diceva sempre la stessa cosa ed è stato molto arrogante, non mi lasciava fare nemmeno una domanda. Non ascolta i pazienti, sembrava un registratore rotto diceva solo cose scontate. Inoltre dalla voce non sembrava italiano e probabilmente non capiva a pieno ciò che provavo a chiedergli. Che delusione, un ruolo così importante affidato a gente di questo tipo. Bad experience. Notando che ci sono persone che hanno avuto un'esperienza simile alla mia,spero facciate qualcosa perché è raccapricciante!!
